Sold cold burnt coffee and when asked they said they stop making it after a certain point. Just a suggestion if you stop making coffee maybe also stop selling your old burnt nasty coffee.

This location consistently gets orders incorrect and the manager is immediately rude and defensive with a chip on her shoulder. This is by and large the worst Panera I've ever been to. Usually Panera is pretty good, but avoid this location.

Nothing extra special, food was good as per usual, service wasn't bad just slow. So we waited longer than it took for us to sit down and eat our lunch. Wasn't the dining room was 3/4's full but no line ahead of us and only a couple customers directly after. ??♀️ So, I'm not sure what happened but definitely waited too long for a bowl of soup & a sandwich.

Third time I've gotten bagels on my way to work and they look blistered all over rather than a smooth look. They are heavy and tough. I've never experienced this with another Panera.

Just went in and try to get a oat milk or soy latte. They don’t have either one of those stir waiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE for about five minutes the old grumpy woman just like most middle-aged Ohio women that will still work cause they screwed up their early years and couldn’t retire we’re just surly, don’t go to Panera if you go anywhere else

Nothing here is inexpensive. On payday, I decided to treat myself to a very expensive salad and when I get home, I have no dressing for it. It’s just not that difficult. I had to ask for my drink before I left.
