I had come to pick up my food, and the wind had immediately swept my wings off the top of my box as soon as I left the door. I picked them up, came inside and threw them away in store and the lady that handed me my food said there's nothing to do about it and that "I'm liable as soon as it touches my hands" which is very poor customer service considering they're just $7 wings. Will not be ordering here in the future and I will advocate against this location

Ravenna location always fast and friendly I door dash they make it easy. Kent location is horrible went in was told 3-5 min wait kids came in and was totally ignored waited 10 minutes had to cancel order

Pizza was SO GOOD! My friends and I ordered super late at night but the service was still amazing between the people over the phone and the delivery driver. Very pleased.
I am a third party delivery driver. I was here waiting on a delivery and needed to pee and asked the manager if they would please let me use the bathroom given that i was being forced to wait and that they knew there were no local open bathrooms. The manager here told me there was "no way he could do that" which is super super crazy because i literally have done it at other area papa johns (ravenna and others). Maybe act like human beings and treat people like human beings. It literally takes no time or effort to be reasonable or kind. This experience has convinced me to never go here again to buy food for eating myself, as the ownership clearly doesn't care at all about people if they would literally rather force me to pee myself vs let me use their bathroom when im literally forced to wait here. Beyond disrespectful and honestly I'd love to see this kind of thing gone from this community, it isnt welcome.
