Made an online order, showed up after the pickup time waited outside knocked on the door no one came, an employee came out from the back made eye contact with me and then proceeded to play on his phone and walk away, I tried the drive thru and again got no service. 30 minutes later after I left Pizza Hut called me repeatedly after I’d already waited and wasted my gas to go.

Since when does the delivery person not knock of the door to let you know your food is sitting on the ground when they could have knocked and handed me my food since I don't have a porch. Wow Unreal. Waited 40mins just to find out it was delivered within 16mins and to find it on the damn ground!? Horrible

I ordered pickup and was told 15 minutes. I was there at exactly the 15 minute mark. I pulled up to the window and could see my order, the only one, in the warmer. I sat there for a full 5 minutes with no me coming to the window. I j picked on the window and blew my horn for another 5 minutes with no response. I finally pulled away. Won’t go back.

Me and Wife always order pizza from here. We went to many pizza places in Kent but by far this is the best. They make really great pizza and service is really fast. I recommend their super supreme pizza. We order super supreme 3 times and it was the best pizza we had in Kent.
