I ordered pickup and was told 15 minutes. I was there at exactly the 15 minute mark. I pulled up to the window and could see my order, the only one, in the warmer. I sat there for a full 5 minutes with no me coming to the window. I j picked on the window and blew my horn for another 5 minutes with no response. I finally pulled away. Won’t go back.

Went to pick up my carry out order only to sit at the window for at least 5 minutes. Knocked on glass. No one came over (3 people inside). Finally waved someone to wait on me only to be told they were out of pan crust and only had one of another type and my order wasn’t in yet because so many were ahead of me. I ordered papa John’s and it was ready in 15 minutes with no issues.
