Worst pizza hut I ever dealt with... and if u deal with that big girl karie she is rude af hang up on us they can't keep staff but I see why who would work for that lady but I sat on hold for 2 hours and 37 minutes and they picked up and hung up they don't have drivers this pizza hut needs re staffed and re trained

You order and pay for your food online. Then you get in your car and drive for 10 minutes, then get to the window to be handed a tip machine. For what? Literally handing me the food? It's messed up to do that to customers. Then u gotta feel bad like it's personal or something. I can't recommend places that do that bs on no valid merit!

The service here was terrible. The young men didn't know anything about the menu. There is no wait staff. No prices on the menu. They didn't have certain things. I'd recommend finding someplace else if you are in the area.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. My mom and I were just there and we had to SERVE OURSELVES?? I ordered to of their Supremo sandwiches, that come with chips and a pickle spear. 1st the so called manager said they DID NOT have pickles, then came back and said they had NO CHIPS. He said he would give us free drinks for not having the chips and pickle, but you could get fries for $.99 extra so I said we would take the fries. When he rang up my order, he charged me for the 2 drinks $5.18 and gave me the $1.98 fries for free. When we got our sandwiches, the bread was hard as a rock, the tomatoes were cherry tomatoes cut in half and wilted lettuce. I questioned the manager about the sandwiches and all he said was I'm sorry. NEVER OFFERED A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE!! DEFINITELY NOT A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT.

Wanted Pizza Hut for dinner and this place said it was open until 11pm. Went out of my way to eat here and got there about 5:45pm and the doors were locked and chairs on the tables inside.

If you’re going to be closed for dine in, the hours need to state that.
I’d say this was a bad business.

The whole order was cold and horrible. I ordered Alfredo pasta and received Italian. The specialty pizza was done. The Big New Yorker didn’t have extra cheese and was cold.

I just ordered food from this location and walked from my home to pick it up. Upon picking it up I went to eat it in the dining area and an employee named Melissa told me that I couldn’t eat in the dining area because I had placed a take out order. She claimed that this is because the store has to pay for electricity which makes no sense at all because the electricity is on regardless. I had to walk home to eat my food and it started raining. At the time of my arrival the store was completely empty of patrons. I have ordered food numerous times from this location and ate inside and this is the first time I have ever been told such a thing. I will be calling corporate.
