I ordered a full cheese pizza and it was soaked with grease it was not that good the grease overcame the taste

The girl who served us was great! She was pleasant & efficient. She had a nice pace and was very attentive. I had the chicken Alfredo melt. I was sooo good. I recommend it & will definitely order it again. The reason I gave two stars on the atmosphere was because the silverware was dirty. It was old, cheap, stained, and worn out. I tried to wipe it, but it was stained into the metal. I would hope Pizza Hut would think more of the customers dining experience than...

You order and pay for your food online. Then you get in your car and drive for 10 minutes, then get to the window to be handed a tip machine. For what? Literally handing me the food? It's messed up to do that to customers. Then u gotta feel bad like it's personal or something. I can't recommend places that do that bs on no valid merit!
