You order and pay for your food online. Then you get in your car and drive for 10 minutes, then get to the window to be handed a tip machine. For what? Literally handing me the food? It's messed up to do that to customers. Then u gotta feel bad like it's personal or something. I can't recommend places that do that bs on no valid merit!

I cannot even believe how good this pizza hut buffet is. I have been to every other pizza hut buffet within a 15 mile radius and I can safely say that this one in Brimfield Ohio is the best one I have ever been to. First of all, the salad bar is one of the best I have ever had, they always have the freshest ingredients and there is something about their ranch dressing that I cannot explain, it is the best ranch I have ever had in my life. My family and I came in this Sunday 6/9/24 afternoon the young lady was there by herself but she was so kind our food was really good dining area was clean thank you for your patience.
