(Kent location) I’ve never had issues before, but after looking forward to a blended acai bowl all day I come in and wait minimum 10 minutes for it to even be started without being busy. I got my bowl eventually and I’m fairly sure there is no actual açaí in it, just ice and fruit that was barely blended. I’m incredibly disappointed considering I’ve always greatly enjoyed the blended bowls here. Hope to have something worth my money next time.
The wrap was really good! However I had a drink I ordered without bananas and near the bottom were banana chunks. Good drink overall, just a bit disappointed with the banana chunks.
I love this place, but you guys need to update your drive through. I’m always scared I’m going to hit the curb on the left, or go off of the pavement onto the steep slope on the right. I think it would be worth your while to make it safer and extend the pavement on the right. Also, the menu should be to the right of the takeout window, not the left. When you’re behind one car you’re not close enough to read it. And when you’re at the window, you have to crane your head...
