While it is open to the public this location is primarily catered towards students. Not as good as their off campus locations. If you aren't a student with a meal allowance plan I recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings in downtown Kent for a similar yet improved experience.

Terrible, last time I went there I waited two hours for my food (when there was hardly anyone in there) then when I got it they messed it up and told me they didn't have any more of what I wanted. People behind me had come in and finished eating before I even got my food. And of course the employees were standing around the whole time. Surprised quaker is still letting this place operate. Do NOT recommend this place

Waited 30 minutes only for the order to be incorrect. My husband and I had to wait again for our meal to be remade. A total of 45 minutes before we ate and they weren't busy. This was my first and last time dining at this location.

This is the second time they for forgot part of my order. It's just frustrating to have to go back in to get something that should have been in the bag. It's not hard to check a order. Also we stood at the counter just waiting for someone to help us when they were staying around not doing anything.

Went to get steak for my boyfriend's birthday, steak was raw in the inside but a hockey puck on the outside. Celery and carrots were bad. Service is incredibly slow. Wings and shrimp basket are decent, but again, service is incredibly slow. Overpriced for quality.

Pretty sure this steak was microwaved, if not, you guys have some pretty bad cooks. Try cooking the steak before you serve it instead of at the beginning of the week. Wings are alright tho.

I dont expect much from a resutrant run by a bunch of college students and one woman whom I believe is a like a grad student? Food is hit or miss, depending on when you go the food quality changes. Around lunch or early during hours quality is great but dinners are usually quickly made and sometimes cold. Just go during odd hours and you'll enjoy yourself, or else you'll wait in an hour long line for half cold wings and loaded fries with little bacon and no scallops.
