Raising cane's chicken in portage county/ kent ohio has been in business since 2018 . I have been going their since day 1. I can honestly say their chicken is delicious. My conplaint is yrs ago the amount of chicken per meal has been adequate .The last 2yrs the amounts of chicken have been substantially reduced to now when i leave i am still hungry .This is not how you maintain a sold customer base .Maybe you need to put your customers first or maybe one day you will not be in business. People are not stupid when it comes to having a meal and leaving hungry.

Always a great meal. Love the Canes sauce and sweet tea. The only issue was I purchased the Box meal and only received 3 of the 4 tenders. Front counter staff assisted in correcting this issue on the spot.

Edit 7/8/25 Haven't had any problems since, they have for sure stepped up their game! I will say I usually only go there late when it is rather slow. Like I said tho has been accurate for the last I guess 5 times I have ordered there.
It was my first time here, and I must say it's not as big of a deal as everyone states. The chicken is good and loved the sauce, but my fries were so salty I didn't even eat them, and the garlic bread was a fail for me.

The cashier brought the food to me despite it not being her job, and the manager checked to see if everything was good.

The staff here remember us by name and know our order when we walk in the door! They’re very friendly/chipper and do service with a smile. We have had a toast or side forgotten and they’ve always fixed it immediately with no questions asked. When you dine-in the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, with steam erupting from the chicken! It melts in your mouth. I wouldn’t suggest getting your food to go here and it just doesn’t taste the same as when it’s fresh out of the fryer.
