The one constant in Kent. It isn't entirely without changes since the 60s, but it's close. Great beer selection, decent food. Not quiet, but comfortable to me. Update: still good. Update 2: Avoid noon on Friday, unless you have plenty of time.

I was looking for a Steelers backers bar to watch the game and somehow ended here. I felt like the only real fan, but the game was on the service was great. It was loud so my cheers did not bother anyone. I only stayed for the first half, but plan on coming back with the wife to try some of the food that smelled delicious ?

Back at KSU to visit friends and family. A lot has changed around campus and downtown Kent. But, Ray’s never ceases to amaze. This place brings back a lot of memories. They started something new that wasn’t there when I went to KSU. They have a sidewalk window you can order drinks from and then sit on the street and enjoy the awesome NE Ohio weather (in the summer) and have a pint. Love this place.
