my drink is usually wrong and i’ll have to ask for a remake. my chai is always diluted when i ask for no water. always an inch of foam when i ask for no foam. i’ve gotten 2% instead of oat twice now. literally only a problem at this starbucks. why don’t i get what i pay for ?? lol ? staff is friendly

This is my favorite Starbucks location within 30 minutes of my house. The staff seems well-trained and friendly and the inside is very large with lots of space and seating. The place is usually bustling and they keep up with the orders pretty well every time I've been there. One thing I don't care for is that they make iced coffee refills with cold brew and it does not taste as good as the original to me since I'm not a fan of cold brew. I'm guessing it is a combination of cold brew being cheaper to make and because they can sit the cup there unattended and do other things while it fills from their cold brew tap.
