Paid extra for heavy cream in place of 2% milk. Barista handed us a partially full cup. When questioned, was told it was because they used less ice. We have had different issues at this location. I order this exact drink at multiple locations, and don't experience this at other Starbucks.

The sweetest young lady was working the window, I was sick of the same thing i always get so she talked through options with me and made me a great drink! She went above and beyond and i couldn't thank her enough for her kindness! After tipping to thank her she went above and beyond and did even more that she did not need to do! We need more people like her in this world! Thank you!!!

The Starbucks is basically a candy shop with how sugary the drinks are. The drinks themselves lack flavor.

I had an employee tell me not to use the mobile app then go up to the window telling them I’m here literally 5 mins after I put my order in because that’s “skipping the line”. Me personally I don’t see the difference with me ordering on the mobile app then going up to the window to order. I felt offended truthfully. Any other time I go there’s no issues

My boys were sitting laughing not being crazy loud and I have a 9 month old daughter who was crawling to them and back to me. And I got told it was their policy that my children have to be quiet and my child couldn’t crawl around. Which was no where near any customers or the walk way of other customers. I was immediately hurt. I would totally understand if my children were being seriously loud and my baby was in the way but I was right there. Sorry my children were not behind screens and being normal kids. We will be taking our business else where.

Stopped in to grab a hot Chai and iced coffee before a baseball game. I was the only one in line inside. I waited 20 minutes and then when I asked about my order I was told there were 5 mobile orders yet ahead of mine and it would be a while. I asked for a refund and left disappointed with no coffee.

Got in line at 3:13. Waited until 3:20 to put order in and then at 3:24 I was only one car away from the speaker. At 3: 28 finally got to window. They definitely need some help taking care of customers. I’ve watched 5 cars pull away for waiting too long.

School Work

If an item from a mobile order is unavailable, the barista must notify the customer and ask about customer's preference for substitution.

Normally don’t leave google reviews because I actually work at another Starbucks location but I’ll give you guys the scoop. Normally I also wouldn’t order from anywhere else on Christmas but I know that every Starbucks is voluntary on those holidays so decided to stop in. Mobile orders were shut off for no reason an hour before close and the Cafe was closed as well. Ok, so i’ll go to the drive through. Waited for 15 min to be told that the line was being cut off 10 min before close since “registers shut off at close”. Blatant lie as the registers are able to be used as long as needed, and the correct policy is to take order until close and then cut them off. What a joke.
