Never in my life have have I had to wait 30 MINUITES for an 8 oz drink. I ordered an oatmilk shaken expresso and one would think that they put oatmilk in it but now I watched them put whole milk in, which I have a lactose intolerance, and I asked her and she straight up LIED and said she used whole milk. Was late to class because of this inconvenience

Arrived at 445pm and they would not make me a latte because they close at 5pm. only offered me refreshers and tea because it’s more convenient for them. False advertising and poor customer service. If you say you’re open until 5pm, the full menu should be offered until then, unless you physically don’t have the product. Shutting everything down early because you want to leave early is unacceptable.

I ordered two spicy dragon fruit drinks and there was no dragon fruit at all in my drink. Even the color was yellowish. When I asked about it, she said that's what their dragon fruit drink looks like. After showing her a photo of a Starbucks spicy dragon fruit, she made me another in rush and it tasted really bad. I do not recommend drinks at this Starbucks coffee house and also everything is overpriced there.

The starbucks is fine but workers are consistently VERY loud. Yelling and talking loudly and playing incredibly loud Disney music. Considering it’s in a library I find this pretty annoying!
