Came in during a snowstorm on Black Friday. The woman working (By herself) was Ann, who was extremely nice and made our sandwiches well. She is a very very sweet lady and made my husband and I both feel welcome.

very poor service, my friend and i went inside and there was a little bit of a line so we decided to wait, they didn’t say anything to us. but then she finishes the guys order in front of us and then she decides to tell us that they only have white bread. they didn’t tell us that as soon as we walked in and just let us stand there for 10 mins. very poor customer service.

The old guy was angry today. Slammed the door. No garlic aoli and no spinach. He said subway is getting rid of spinach? I find that hard to believe. If you’re too angry to work go home.
Not sure of the guys name, but the middle aged male worker here was not having a good day. He was slamming the bread door and throwing pans around while cussing under his breath. He created quite a scary environment.. I could not get out of there fast enough! I felt bad for the girl working with him, kudos to you ma’am, as I don’t think I would’ve been able to keep my composure working with someone like that. Completely inappropriate.
(This also was not the first time I’ve witnessed behavior like that from this guy at this location)
Disclaimer this review is for the experience, not the food. It’s your typical subway. I will say it is updated and kept very clean. The menu seems to change a lot at this location which is odd - but food seems fresh(er) for a subway.

Small location if you want to sit inside but easy for takeout. Went on a Wednesday night after work when my family decided on Subway at the last minute. These poor guys had to deal with me not knowing what everyone wanted and what bread or cheese or toasted or not. Hahaha they were so nice and patient and never once made me feel rushed or acted impatient. Not sure if I remember their names, Lucas maybe and Chris? But they were super nice and just had to leave a review to thank them for being so patient.

I was quite impressed with my visit to Subway in Kent. Service was very prompt and friendly. Most importantly, the dining room was very clean. The food was everything I have come to from Subway over the years, I particularly enjoyed the Philly Cheese Footlong Sub and the cookies.
