Mostly leaving this review because even though I don't have many issues here, there's one big issue about opening on time. The door and online both say 930 and whenever I tru to go before work, usually 945 to 10am, the door is still locked. But when I call they say they're open at 930... just an annoyance. If it's an issue opening just open later and change the time on the door.

Ordered Subs from Water street,Kent Ohio. I'm local and order frequently, today I ordered online and I asked for both my subs to be cut in 3 pcs. Today was 1st time they did it. I'm appreciative and my subs were ready when I arrived. Thank you!

Could not get my coupon to work acted like I was a real bother more interested in the online orders coming in than the face to face customer sandwich bmt was fine lettuce should have been trown out looked brown lucky there was a second tray cucumbers forget them just plain needed tossed won't stop at this location I much prefer rootstown alot bettet

Automatically charged a tipping fee for a takeout order. The charge went through with no signature required so I didn't notice the tipping charge until after I left the restaurant. Of course there's no one to contact so just warning others.

Door locked during business hours. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. There was a sign on the door stating they were closed for a meeting. I called the store to cancel my order and get my money back. They said that they could not refund my money because my order was ready and I should have knocked on the door (even though their sign said closed). SMH

The food here is your typical Subway experience, staff included. If you like Subway you'll enjoy all the norms. The parking lot is very small and so is the seating area though. This Subway is more of a convenience for take out, versus a planned sit down with family or friends.
Vegetarian options: As usual, build your own sandwiches, so you can get customizable vegetarian orders here.
Dietary restrictions: They offer many different options and customization.
