Placed an online order and waited in the parking lot. After 15 minutes or so with no status change, went through the drive thru. Seemed ready. Upon getting home, discovered 2 items were completely wrong. Friendly employees.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!!! 20+ minutes to pick up a small DoorDash for order and the woman behind the counter was rude multiple times. Unreal.

I order from Taco Bell at a lot of different locations because I travel haven't been here in a little while couple months but I eat behind the steering wheel all the time so they were out of mild sauces which blew me away because unless the students are taking a bath in it I've never once in a life been somewhere where they ran out of mild sauce.
I get my sauces and four of them are stuck together it's gross bacteria growing probably when I picked them up two of them dropped the two of them were still stuck together so hard they didn't separate you can see by the picture this is disgusting there's no way that a worker put this in the bag without noticing this crap.
Next I go to open up my double decker taco and cheese balls all over my lap it was wrapped bad and you can see the soft shell was missing.
The management needs to get this taken care of.

30 plus minutes to wait for a doordash pickup when they weren't even busy. They didnt tell me this until after i had already waited more than 15 minutes. They wasted my time and cost me money. Absolutely unacceptable.

actually the worst place to ever get food at past 10 pm. there service sucks, they never had enough people working, and i ordered doordash literally an hour ago and it still hasn’t even been made. definitely refunding my money.

They were pretty busy, but had no upfront staff available?
Different employees kept coming up to check on us though, so I didn't feel completely ignored?
They forgot my hot sauce ā˜¹ļø, but the rest of my order was correct?

This establishment is hit or miss. I either get amazing food that’s hot and delicious, or I get cold hard beans, orange lettuce, and missing items. Wonder if it depends what staff is scheduled?

Only let me pick up 2 mobile orders at a time in the drive through when their lobby is closed, had to go around an 2nd time. Then forgot my avocado ranch on 2 of the orders. Ruined my night.

I had to wait more than 2 and a half hours in the drive through line for a uber pickup order which was not ready for another 20 minutes after I got to the window and even when in line I called them and said that I can walk to the window and pickup the order because they had updated the order status as ready in the app but I was told that my order would not be served to me unless I was in a car on the drive through window and after all that when I cancelled the order I was charged the entire order value plus 5$ as a cancellation fee.
