I stopped by for lunch yesterday and was extremely impressed by how quickly I received my order and how fresh everything was. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito and a Gordita crunch. Hands down, best Gordita crunch I’ve ever had!! It was literally the highlight of my day.

So Sunday @12:25 am I stop on my way home and order your 5 piece chicken nuggets, 2 soft tacos and a Chicken Quesadilla. The tacos and Quesadilla were fine. However your nuggets were so disgusting,hard and looked like breaded stones. My daughter only ate 2 1/2 and gave up. Never been so pissed off. I have pictures.!!!

Rude Staff & False Advertising
I had a frustrating experience at this location today.
The signage was on, and the auto attendant prompted me to place an order. I tried to order a breakfast crunch wrap, but there was no response. It was 7:56 AM, so I figured they weren’t open yet. As I drove around, I saw the attendant standing at the counter watching me. I waited until 8:02 AM, tried ordering again, and was told they no longer serve breakfast and that the food wasn’t ready.
Why I am Frustrated:
-Lack of communication: The attendant clearly knew I was trying to order but didn’t say anything. If you’re not open or breakfast isn’t available, just say so—it’s not hard to communicate.
-Misleading signage: The sign out front still advertises breakfast. If breakfast is discontinued, take the sign down. Leaving it up is misleading to customers.
-Unprepared opening: If the store opens at 8 AM, why isn’t the food ready? Customers expect to order what’s advertised when the doors open.
This location has potential, but experiences like this make it hard to want to come back. This is the third time I’ve had an issue here, and it could all be avoided with better communication and preparation. Please do better.

The credit card machine was down, cash only. Got to the window and he didn't hear our order and was told to go back through after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. We always have issues at this location!
Everytime I go through the drive thru I get met by a very rude female who acts like she has the worst job in the universe but continues to work there. Food is fine as usual but the customer service is completely down hill. They are cash only right now, don't go ordering a mobile order cause you might just ruin their entire day and they don't have a problem letting people know about it. Taco bell, you need to do better.

Whoever the older gentleman working the window tonight nov 11th technically but nov 10th shift at 12:30am, he was wonderful!! Super nice & personable. I hope he has the best day ever tomorrow lol. Made my night after a rough shift at work. Simple kindness goes a long way. Well done.
