RUDE! Picked up my mobile order, and the bearded guy at the drive-thru acted so inconvenienced. He didn’t even bother to confirm that he was handing me the correct order. He just stayed completely silent while aggressively handing it to me. Food was cold.

For the most part, the service was nothing out of the ordinary. My coworker and I stopped by for a quick lunch and tried to place two separate orders through the drive-thru. However, we were told that only one order is permitted per lunch. To place a second order, we would have had to drive around again or go inside the restaurant. It's worth noting that there were no other cars behind us. The food was average and not particularly impressive, especially in light of the recent price increases that make a regular sit-down restaurant a more appealing option, as Taco Bell is no longer a daily affordable choice. The atmosphere was typical of a modern Taco Bell, which prioritizes minimizing human interaction and using a kiosk that takes twice as long to order just two simple items. I must admit that I'm not a fan of this fast-food setup. On the other hand, the restaurant was clean, and the staff member who handed us our orders at the pickup area was clear and enthusiastic.

I think the staff here needs a refresher in customer service. They act like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food. I’m not looking for someone to be overly enthusiastic but damn you guys are straight rude.

I just left this Taco Bell and had to come write a review, 9/14/25. I don’t know who’s working in the kitchen this afternoon, but they deserve a raise. I ordered two Cantina crispy tacos, And they are the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the Cook killing it today, But the lady at the drive-through window was so sweet! Props To this Taco Bell, I wish I knew these two workers names, But they deserve a raise!

uhh.. three main items seem like they were just sitting inside and cooled to room temp. nacho cheese sauce cup warm... no need to rush through orders guys. people will wait. if anyone is impatient its them and not you guys in there putting in work. i respect everyone unless they disrespected me first.

Rude arrogant and outright obnoxious person at the window and while at the speaker not engaged oblivious only hearing what she wanted to not explaining what is on the burrito to me and asking for sauce she said if I didn't know what i wanted quickly to go inside and ask she said everything with a matter of fact tone and body language WORST SERVICE EVER ANYWHERE I'll never come back. Make em at home people it's wayyyyy cheaper and quick
