I'm so happy to have authentic Mexican food so close to me. Everything we eat here is delicious. We love that there are always new things on the menu to try, and watching the Facebook page for updates on the menu and events like salsa dancing and tequila tastings! Everyone is always so nice!Dietary restrictions: We dine regularly with people who have dietary restrictions and it's very easy to find delicious food for everyone here, including celiac, lactose intolerant, vegetarian.

What a great place! My father and I were greeted immediately, seated immediately, and impressed with the atmosphere immediately. The staff is terrific! The food and beer is delicious and moderately priced. The gracious lady who owns the place is Mexican, and I can tell you, she has not compromised AT ALL in creating the real goods. I'm not always a fan of guacamole, but my father ordered the appetizer. It's incredible! Hands down, best guac ever. It has a bit of a mild bite that I can't describe. Great food, great service, great prices.

The margarita class was very informative. The homemade simple syrups were easy and very tasty. Big shoutout to the owners for making a coffee pack for me to take home. I will definitely be back.
We took the margarita making class! It was lovely! Lots of information and really wonderful team. This is a favorite for us. The menu never dissappoints and the margarita making gave us an extra reason to come out! Love this place!

Went for a mezcal event. Crowded, but good service. Also had 3 tacos, chicken, asado and pastor. The first 2 were great and the tortillas really stood out for me. I didn't care for the pastor. For Ohio, I was really impressed overall.
Great food and service. Never had to wait long for a drink or food. Owners were friendly and hosted a fun event. Will definitely be a regular customer.Parking: Plenty of spaces when arriving early, but filled up quickly.

We attended the premium tequila tasting and had a wonderful time. We were able to taste seven tequilas, four of which are only available in Mexico (and possibly other U.S. states). These were fantastic tequilas. Afterward, we enjoyed a great dinner with our friends. The menu at Battleground changes and offers truly authentic Mexican fare that tastes just amazing. Can't wait to go back!
