It was OK. I got a seseme seed bagel & a cinnamon cranberry bagel. Couldn't taste the seseme seed one. I mean it was utterly tasteless. And they charge for butter. Who charges for a pat of butter? At least give 1 per bagel. The cinnamon cranberry bagel was good, though. For a place with Bagel in their name the choices are very few compared with other shops. The coffee is good. The shop is nice. Felt chilly with those cold air vents on the floor right next to the seats so I went upstairs and it felt nice. Use to visit when it was Starbucks.

I knew this location when it was Bradys Cafe. Great place to study. Books lined the walls upstairs. Now it house Really Great bagels and comfortable chairs Not the same super cool atmosphere, but tasty bagels are always a hit

I have been here twice. Both times I got and everything bagel with walnut honey cream cheese with a mocha. Both times The coffee and bagel were both good. Looks like there might be an upstairs level to the joint but I have not ventured up. Clean and nice environment. Staff is friendly and clean.

I got the “Hanky Panky” on the rosemary bagel, delicious! As well as a “Tropic Thunder” Redbull drink. Definitely will be back again for more

I absolutely love this place. The food and the drinks never miss. The atmosphere is wonderful (and can’t forget about the comfy chairs upstairs). All the workers there are exceptional and super friendly! There’s only one thing that I wish was different, and it’s super selfish of me to suggest. I wish that the Valentines Mocha had been here longer this year. It was the first thing I ever got from here and it’s what made me start drinking iced mochas in the first place. Ever since the valentines season had started I was waiting for it to come. Don’t get me wrong, the layer cake mocha was amazing and super yummy! I was really bummed out to see it was only here for three days at the end of the season, and I had unfortunately been sick that exact time so I couldn’t get it. So my only suggestion would be to maybe have it here longer next year? Like maybe do half time with the layer cake mocha and half time with the valentines mocha. That’s all! Keep up the great work yall are awesome!

We have tried twice. Both times they got the order wrong. This last time we ordered just bagels online. It said my order was ready. When I arrived and shared my name, she said okay walked away and didn’t come back. When I went up and asked again 10 mins later (after all the other customers had left) she said oh yea what was the name again. My order had been ready the whole time. They also just sub out what you order without asking you. The bagels are hard as a rock and hard to slice. Would just take a little longer drive and go to Hudson or stow. Highly disappointed.

The food is okay but way overpriced. Keep in mind this is also a college town where students aren’t able to afford overpriced meals.

I go to Kent I’ve been driving past this place telling myself to stop in It looks like it would be really good. I came in with a friend today. The line was so long. Everything looks very promising. I ordered an avocado and egg sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. There is no flavor. There’s a very thin layer of avocado. It was mainly lettuce and tomatoes… it tasted like nothing….i could not even finish the sandwich its it was 8$ for just a a bagel with lettuce and tomatoes basically and I ordered an orange juice and it was like a child size for that price I would expect exceptional food but the service was good. That atmosphere was beautiful. The food is just disgusting and over priced !

Coming from NJ/NY, why would you put cold cream cheese on a hot toasted bagel? It makes a mess; destroys the texture of the bagel; and messes with the flavor pallet because there's a hot/cold clash. Would not recommend nor come back.
