Loved the menu. Place was clean and welcoming.Employee was nice, but seemed as if she was giving me some weird squinty looks. I'm sure it was nothing.All in all. Love the place and will be back!

I have been highly anticipating my visit to The Fruit Stand, and it did not disappoint! The fruit was fresh and delicious, and there were so many options to choose from on the menu. Customer service was off the charts as well. I cannot wait to recommend this spot, and I look forward to my next visit!

I used to love this place but the more I go the less I enjoy my experience at the Kent location. The first time an employee was rude was a while ago, I was taking my time to choose the fruits I wanted and she seemed to be annoyed by that . Today I was so excited to go back after they were closed for the holidays and two of the girls took my order and prepared the bowls so I paid for them and a third blonde girl showed up and asked me if the order was to go and proceeded to charge me so I told her I paid for the bowls she didn’t needed to charge me again and then in front of me after I told her I paid for the bowls she asked one of the other two girls if I really paid for the açaí bowls. That is rude and why would I lie about that. She ruined all the excitement I had. I used to recommend this place to everyone I know but that won’t happen anymore.

They gave me stale and moldy pretzels in my fruit bowl. Would not recommend eating their pretzels anytime soon.

I just left The Fruit Stand and experienced the worst customer service.I asked for whipped cream on the side and was told they could not cover it for my carry out. I then asked for it to be placed in a small bowl so that I could transport it to go. The employee threw the bowl on the counter. Next, the cashier did not even bag our to go order. I personally bagged my fruit bowls. The rudest employees I have encountered in a very long time. (Also, the pineapple was brown). We have been to this establishment many times and this was terrible customer service. I don’t know that we will return after today’s experience. If kindness doesn’t come natural to your employees, please train them.
