I ordered a cake two weeks in advance when you go pick it up and it wasn’t even done. I confirmed with two different people that I wanted strawberry cake and I cut into it and it’s vanilla. I’m so upset I was looking forward to having a strawberry cake.

Went here for the first time for some macarons at a friend's recommendation! They were DELICIOUS and honestly quite large which I adored. Solid prices and the staff was oh so sweet. Also they had gluten free peanut butter blossoms and I was told they do specialty orders so I'm very excited :) will 100% be back and 10/10 would recommend

When my original source for a birthday cake for my partner fell through at the last minute, I struggled to find a place that could accommodate. Mockingbird assured me they could get it done and they knocked it out of the park! I ordered a galaxy themed chiffon cake with Italian pastry crème filling and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was the decoration absolutely beautiful, but the cake itself was delicious! My partner loved the cake, especially the star sprinkles and purple glitter. The staff were friendly and I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered my wedding cake from here. We left our cake tasting very excited, but on the day of the wedding the cake was delivered late and a few boxes of our cupcakes tipped over. We did get a partial refund, which was appreciated, but what bothered me was that the excuse I received was "we called the venue and they said it could be delivered anytime after 10." They were quite clearly talking about the earliest time. I read the contract and it said that the reception started at 5, and the cake was not delivered until after that. They said a car pulled out in front of them and that's what caused the tip over of the cupcakes, but I think if they weren't rushing because they were already late it wouldn't have happened. All she said about that was "unfortunately it sometimes happens." I'm not going to give 1 star because they are a good bakery and I know how good their cakes can be, but I felt that I was not given the best customer service once my contract was signed.Additionally, I was not given a box for my top cake tier. They knew that I was saving the top (the contract said topper - yes, and we discussed it when we had the consultation and determined how many cupcakes we needed to buy) but she said I didn't order a box for the topper. Maybe this was my responsibility to do, but this is the kind of thing that made me feel like an afterthought. Why wouldn't they, the professionals, ask if I needed a box? I assumed that I was getting one and didn't find out until the end if the night when I was packing up after my reception.
