This place is never open on time and when they finally open no one is wearing a headset you even hear you pull into the drive thru. Terrible customer service. It happens constantly I do not recommend this place

Kept going back because I love their food but it’s always HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are extremely short/snippy. My bagel order was wrong and I went back to get it corrected and the employees act inconvenienced as if it’s my fault. Do the business a favor and train employees on customer service. Multiple people I know have complained about the same thing.

I like this place and I want to continue to like this place but the baristas have put whole milk in my drinks the last two times I have been there when I asked for oat. It is so important to read the order screen correctly, I have allergies :(

Amazing Service! They were short staff this morning and was training a new employee... but still took the time to open up and grab me a White Mocha and a cinnamon roll. Its the little things in life that make a difference and these guys understand that. Thank you!

I tried to go to Tree City today and yet again they were closed early. This was at 2P.M. They were closed for a "staff shortage." This is now the fourth time that Tree City has closed earlier than their stated time. I don't know what is happening with their staff, but they need to sort it out because it makes me less likely to want to return. [Update to my review since the owner decided to respond. As a business owner, you also don't know what I was going through that day. I had multiple seizures that day and I went to Tree City to try to calm down and not panic. I did not include that in my review because I did not feel it was relevant but since the owner decided to respond in a personal and dismissive manner, I've added the info here.]

i am not quite sure what happened..
This was my first time here, i went through the drive thru and placed my order and pulled up to the window. by the time i got up there, no one was there and no one that i could see was inside. i waited there for over ten minutes (i am aware i shouldn’t have waited that long but this has never happened to me before and i didn’t know what to do) and only saw a single person who i made eye contact with and they continued walking. eventually i found somewhere to park and walked into the shop and politely said “hey um i ordered in the drive thru and have been sitting there for ten minutes without seeing anyone,” the cashier then asked what i got, went and picked something up that had been sitting on the counter, handed it to me, and said “that will be $5.55.” i paid and they said “sorry.” maybe they were having a hard day here, but i still feel like i could have been spoken to a little more apologetically and the service could have been better.

I love all of their unique coffee and drink combinations! Huge space to hang out or study as well. They have some vegan food options, but I wish they expanded their vegan bakery goods. I got a cappuccino with violet syrup- heavenly. Exactly what I wanted. I also got their vegan breakfast sandwich on the sun dried tomato bagel. The cheese could have been melted better, but that’s always tough with vegan options.

The coffee was fantastic, and the service was excellent, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered a bagel sandwich with egg, feta, and spinach. While the bagel itself was great, the portion of egg was small, the spinach was barely there (just two leaves), and I couldn’t even taste the feta. There was also no salt or pepper available on the tables. It seems like they’re more focused on coffee than food.

this place used to be great... now, everything is severely overpriced. I understand costs are high, but I can't seem to justify how my coffee almost cost as much as my sandwich. as for the hours... what’s listed on their site is incorrect. some days they don't open on time, and the latest they're open is 4pm. for students who need a place to study in the evening this is quite a bummer. they're always kicking people out at 4 and turning away business. i don't see why they can't extend to at least 6pm. years back, there was a breakfast spot right next-door. they still haven't renovated the space so it just looks like an empty, rundown restaurant. it has SO much potential if they would put some love into it. so sad, i used to love this place. ?

The tables and chairs were kinda sticky. The coffee was good and the cheesecake bites were ok.
