Just a lovely little coffee shop in a more lovely downtown. The pastries and coffee were incredible. Wizard Frst was the highlight of our stay!

Girls at the counter were snotty and rude about me ordering 2 drinks a sandwich and a pastry. I got some sort of special matcha that wasn’t green, but blue. Didn’t taste like matcha. Asked the girl who made if it was what I ordered and she gave me a mean look and attitude about the color of the powder. I tipped $10 for 50 cents service

I never leave reviews on places EVER! But I was so disappointed in the food i got, i waited 15 mins on a “sandwich” that was just burnt wonder bread and sloppy. I know it’s a coffee shop and not a restaurant but i spent $15 on a sandwich that was cold and burnt.

The bagel sandwich was great, and so was the coffee. Really awesome spot!
I have stopped here quite a few times, the food is great! Drinks however have proven to be inconsistent. One day it’s great then the next two the milk is burnt and the syrup amounts are off and it’s a junker. Very cute and clean inside. Drive through is pretty slow service, but usually that’s fine. Some staff are nice, some seem like they hate the world. The major issue I have with this place is the punch cards. It very clearly says buy 9 cups (of coffee) get the next 16oz free. Great. But it’s actually one punch per visit. No where does it say this, it actually says quite the opposite. The employees get quite snarky when you bring it up and say “oh well, I was told one per order so, sorry”. Some will do it if you bring it up, some will tell you too bad. Not a great way to conduct business. Please work on consistency, I hate throwing away coffee especially when I know that it’s possible for this place to make a good one.

Came here to pick up coffee for a business. Ended up buying a coffee and energy drink while I waited. The drinks were delicious. As I waited I noticed how cute and clean the place was and that they offered breakfast options. Definitely want to come back and have breakfast sometime.

This place is never open on time and when they finally open no one is wearing a headset you even hear you pull into the drive thru. Terrible customer service. It happens constantly I do not recommend this place

Kept going back because I love their food but it’s always HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are extremely short/snippy. My bagel order was wrong and I went back to get it corrected and the employees act inconvenienced as if it’s my fault. Do the business a favor and train employees on customer service. Multiple people I know have complained about the same thing.
Love the coffee!! I also like that this little shop caters to gluten-free and vegetarian and vegan people! Will be back!
