I have stopped here quite a few times, the food is great! Drinks however have proven to be inconsistent. One day it’s great then the next two the milk is burnt and the syrup amounts are off and it’s a junker. Very cute and clean inside. Drive through is pretty slow service, but usually that’s fine. Some staff are nice, some seem like they hate the world. The major issue I have with this place is the punch cards. It very clearly says buy 9 cups (of coffee) get the next 16oz...
Came here to pick up coffee for a business. Ended up buying a coffee and energy drink while I waited. The drinks were delicious. As I waited I noticed how cute and clean the place was and that they offered breakfast options. Definitely want to come back and have breakfast sometime.
Kept going back because I love their food but it’s always HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are extremely short/snippy. My bagel order was wrong and I went back to get it corrected and the employees act inconvenienced as if it’s my fault. Do the business a favor and train employees on customer service. Multiple people I know have complained about the same thing.
