If you care about your health, do not go here. It’s not good at all. They load their so-called “natural” smoothies with artificial sweeteners. The smoothie I ordered had 115 grams of sugar—that’s absurd. The prices are ridiculous as well. This place is trying to give you diabetes while making you broke before you can even afford the insulin.

Staff was friendly as heck. Atmosphere was sterile and cold and yuck. It was clean, just looked bad. Smoothie was gross. I make smoothies at home, with fruits and kale and stuff and they are good. This tasted gross and fake.

From experience working food service my managers at any place I worked at would be disappointed with how the workers were acting. One took my order and barely acknowledged me or my friend and when she did she was rude, and the other tossed our bags on the counter carelessly. Order was also incorrect so that didn't help too, especially since there was no other customers at the time. 👎

I couldn’t believe how horrible the smoothies tasted. They had no flavor at all. I don’t know if they messed them up but they tasted bad. My husband and I got 2 different flavors and neither of us could drink them. Also didn’t like how they only came in one size and how expensive they were. The workers weren’t very nice either.

My boyfriend wanted me to try the Stitch Ohana Breeze and he went out to get it for me as a surprise! He came back pretty fast too so I assumed the service was fast and easy! It was fresh and tasty!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad and found a small insect inside (photo attached). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling standards.

Showed up for free smoothie day. The app glitched and after being told over the phone that if I show up to the store and show them the error it would work. I showed up and was told that there was nothing that they could do she raised her voice at me and as I left with no food and no smoothie she continued to scold me for not just paying for my food. I like tropical smoothie but this was terrible.

It was my first time at this location. When i walked in I was not greeted. I got my order and tried to drink my smoothie but could barley get anything out my straw, got a new one thinking it might be the straw but could barely get anything out, and what i did i had to chew to swallow. I asked the lady who had blonde hair and glasses if she could re-blend it for me and she said no. Disappointed because i am out my money now. The quesadilla that i got was good tho.
