“it's a beautiful little restaurant and our waitress was wonderful. my friend ordered the mango curry and enjoyed it very much, but I was personally unimpressed with my food. i ordered the crazy noodles, and while the taste was good, the noodles were just disintegrating as I tried to pick them up. the jasmine tea I got was not very flavorful, had a little dusty note.

“Went with my In-laws this past Friday. The parking was awkward making it difficult to exit to the front of the building. The food, drinks and service were top notch. However, I thought the 3% up charge for using a credit card vs cash to pay the bill was a bit petty due to the already inflated menu prices. This left me wondering; why the owner thought it was more important to cover their $5 cost at the expense of me returning again?“

“They have great food, but they raised the prices to a point we won't go back! $3.50 for a cup of coffee! Our breakfast bill used to be around $20, last Sunday the same breakfast bill was $30+! We get the same thing every time! Will miss the wait staff, but can't afford to go back!“

“Nice little Italian restaurant in downtown Kent. Over all the food was excellent their sauce that they use on pretty much everything is very good. Our service was kinda poor being how slow they were at the time and one other issue is parking the music store next door has a entire parking lot where the restaurant has nothing at all except pay parking on the street. With that being said will I go back yes definitely its worth the minor inconveniences but it would be nice to buy out about half of the parking from that music store for your customers.“

Places like this makes Kent one of my favorite places to chill when I need a break from the world (unless there's a protest lol), I love their Bibimbap ❤️❤️❤️😭🙏 so good their dishes are so cool and I love how simple it is, it gives it a home-y vibe while not looking cheap. “Great food, I tried the mini burgers and fries, my husband got the terminator sub and he said it was amazing. Our server Lilly must be new but when ordering our burgers she didn’t ask what cheese we wanted, didn’t refill waters, forgot mayonnaise I requested and just generally took a long time to get our check. “This was the BEST German food I have ever had in my life my mother got the beef tips and they were the greatest she’s ever had the portions are HUMONGOUS! It can be a little pricy for it but if you want to treat yo self then come here! The steaks are cut and processed by them they opened up in 1985 and we met a lady there who said back when it first opened it was extremely popular but sadly it seems they don’t get a lot of business anymore but everything is made form scratch and everything tastes amazing!! Please if you think about coming please come!!“

“Food and waitress were great but not happy with what we saw!!!! Minus 1 started because the manager, Shelby, was reprimanding our waitress (I’m not going to mentioned her name) in front of multiple customers in different locations of the restaurant. Our waitress was doing a great job, she was handling multiple tables and every time we saw her gone Shelby seemed to be yelling at her AND other employees. Shelby came over to our table and asked if we were looking for our waitress when we weren’t and she asked if we needed boxes because we were basically done eating but we were chatting at our table. It seemed as if she was fishing for us to say something bad about our waitress (who was so sweet and got us anything we needed when she was available). Shelby did this to another table beside us as well. We could tell our waitress was getting frustrated and upset, which honestly of course because of how she was being treated and talked to! Our waitress was not new either and had been at Paninis for sometime. If Shelby was trying to provide her guidance, she could have talked to her separately away from customers and not try to make it seem like she was doing a terrible job because she wasn’t. My card was accidentally charged for my meal and another meal at our table and I honestly think it was because the manager was yelling at her while she was cashing us out (we saw it). It was no big deal, our waitress fixed it, no problem. The problem was the manager! Someone at our table confronted the manager about her attitude as well. I feel bad for the employees experiencing the rude demeanor of Shelby. If you are working in higher authority, provide guidance without needing to try and shame a person in front of the public!!!! The table beside us even said they thought Shelby was being very rude to her. To our waitress, you were great and I will happily be back for your service. To Shelby - learn proper etiquette in a management role and proper corrective teaching moments to your employees.“
