Quality is not great. Food usually is worse than other Wendy’s locations. However, this location is still better than the one on 43 in Brimfield.

This Wendy’s has to be the most incompetent fast-food place I’ve ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, waiting for someone—anyone—to take my order, only to give up and go inside, thinking it might be faster. Big mistake. Instead of working, two employees were too busy, FaceTiming, laughing, and goofing off like they were at a sleepover, not a job. And after all that? I still had to wait another 15 minutes for whoever was in the kitchen to slap together one small cheeseburger. It’s not like they were busy—there wasn’t a single other person in line. Absolute joke. I wasted my entire break and my money just to deal with this disaster of a restaurant. Never again.

Place used to be amazing. Now it looks empty all the time. Only customer there tonight. The four employees still messed up and ruined the order. Don't go here, you'll receive cold hard chicken sandwiches made incorrectly. This place needs to close.

This particular Wendy's location falls significantly short of expectations. Every visit results in inaccurate orders and stale food. The staff exhibits rudeness and a lack of professionalism. The sandwich preparation is consistently erroneous, suggesting inadequate training or other underlying issues. Furthermore, custom orders are frequently disregarded. A thorough overhaul of management and staff is warranted. Alternatively, consideration should be given to closing this location and replacing it with a business that prioritizes quality and customer service.

We had to wait for 15 minutes tell they took our order. No body said may I take your order or sorry for the long wait. When we got our food I said thank you and nobody said you're welcome

Every visit here takes forever to order then forever to get food from the window. I have left the line numerous times because of this but I keep coming back hoping it’ll be better. Last visit took over 20 mins to get 4 items!!

Stopped to get food after work around 1030. They were extremely short staffed looked like 2 or 3 people working max so I had to wait 20+ mins in the drive through which I didn’t mind because I understand the struggles of being understaffed. Got a baconator meal with a lemon and it wasn’t bad but at 2-3 am I woke up with food poisoning and didn’t stop puking all night long. Terrible experience and is completely ruining my NYE.

The food was good, but that’s where it ends. Went in and waited a few minutes for my order to be taken despite having several workers there. They were a little too busy on their phones to do their job though. I was also very disturbed to see many workers with long hair, but only ONE wearing a hat, and none of them wearing a hairnet. Just…very disturbing and upsetting all around, check your food for hairs if you go here😬

they always make you wait sitting at the order booth for 5+ minutes until the other singular car in the drive thru already has their food. when you finally get to speak to an employee, they're super rude and impatient. i used to love wendy's, but ever since coming to kent i've stopped going because i always leave dissatisfied from this location.
