Just don't go here. You'll wait forever and they'll just rip you off. Spent $32 on food and waited over 20 minutes. When we got our chicken wraps there was barely anything in them. How can you charge so much and skimp on the food? Do better.

let me give you some context. I’m a college student, Kent State to be exact. I’m currently a sophomore in college, and let me tell you. Every-time time I’ve ordered food from here whether it be via DoorDash, dining in or going to the drive-through. The experience is 10 out of 10. Despite what a lot of these reviews say I have not had a negative experience here. In fact the workers genuinely care about their job. there are days where I go out of my way to come to this fast food joint even if the roads are busy and the drive-through line is long, these workers care and I’ve never had a problem with my food. Do not let the negative reviews fool you

I ran in to grab my order and leave and the worker was baffled I left my dog out in the car while I ran inside…. AC is on and windows are cracked and she kept staring out the window to get a view of of my vehicle details.

I highly recommend don't go to this store the manager has a very nasty attitude my food was old the burgers was very dry and cold like they had been sitting there for hours after returning to give back my food the manager opened the drive thru windows takes the food close the window in my face never apologize are anything after getting fresh food there was so much salt put on my burgers that I couldn't eat it so I called to speak with a manager of course the manager with the nasty attitude answer the phone I ask her name she said that's private information I ask what's your corporate number said she doesn't know it so I informed her that I would be leaving a review she did not care so please go to another Wendy the time was around 1:30 almost 2:00 when I went to this Wendy's people work to hard for there money to not get what they pay for Wendy's you all have to do better I want be back to Wendy's at any location
Came inside. For a coffee. If think morning manager not in good mood. Took money rang up at drive thru window. Gave no receipt. Waited saw her start coffee machine and right away gave me a coffee. Not warm and when I put in my travel mug, alot of coffee grounds at bottom. They used to gave great coffe. And were Friendly. NO MORE.

I witnessed The manager (older blonde guy, few teeth) scream at the girl working the window so loud and aggressively that I could hear it through the window in the drive-through line. This left them, visibly distressed. I felt awful accepting food from this place given how they treat their employees. I will complain to corporate about this.

Never even try to ask how these people retain their jobs. Total inability to get a single order right, out of the many times I’ve went. Writing this today, after they forgot both of our drinks and my second sandwich. Wasn’t even worth going back for the dumb face they put on like we’re lying when we say they forgot stuff.
