I think it's impossible for Wendy's to get an online order correct. Where is the training.

I stopped going to Wendy's maybe a year or so ago because of this. And two visits two days in a row two different Wendy's same issue. They can't get an online order correct. Not only that but I've noticed that their basic sandwiches have turned into sliders. That's okay I don't it doesn't bother me. But they should probably call him sliders now.

I went to try to get Wendy's for breakfast.
But they weren't open. There were 2 cars parked and me and one other person in drive thru. They didn't come to the window or answer drive thru.
I went online and it said they were open.
Ok. Maybe Google isn't being reliable. I've worked fast food and Google had pur times wrong and refused update it. Whatever. But I went around twice. ABSOLUTELY nothing about their hours were posted anywhere. None of the windows, doors, or anywhere in drive through.
This needs fixed before I come back here. I might not though. I see these other reviews.

We stopped at this Wendy’s on our road trip and pulled to the drive through. We were told one moment because they were in the middle of a shift change. We found that odd because at most fast food restaurants shift changes don’t stop operations, but we waited anyway. After 8 minutes we tried to get the attendants attention to see if coming inside would help. We received no response so we went inside only to find the employee with the headset leaned over the counter talking about after work plans with the employee who was leaving. 20 minute delay on our trip and order wasn’t correct. Unfortunately prices have gone up and quality and service has gone down. This occurred at 3pm on Friday February 7. It is my hope that this type of service or lack thereof gets addressed.

I try to swing by here occasionally before work but I have a tight window right when they open to get in. Almost every time I am there about 15 minutes past opening at 6:30 no one greets me at the speaker and after a few minutes of waiting I am forced to go elsewhere. The morning crew really need to prepare to serve at opening better

It was fine there were maybe 5 people working but we had to stand and wait for someone to take our order. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant or the drive thru. It was just weird.

Stopped there at 7:15am no one waiting in the drive thru, waited over 5min and no one took my order. Left and won't stop again. I will go across the street to McDonald's. Fast and friendly service there.

I've always come to this Wendy's for years and was always happy. Today was a different story. Very underwhelmed, rude people. My chicken on my sandwhich was dry and old. I couldn't even bite it. There were tiny pieces of bacon on it that were old. Both sets of fries were cold and old. Ordered a large frosty that was put in a small cup. The only part of my meal that was fresh was the lettuce on my sandwich. I will not be visiting again.

Abysmal service at this location. Average time in the drive thru is at a minimum twice as long as it is at other locations. Wish they would get it together...

One of the worst Wendy's in the area. Poor management. You will wait forever for your food, the place is dirty. It never gets better only worse.

Stood around for a few minutes at the counter in an otherwise-deserted restaurant. Menus weren't flipped over for breakfast despite it being 9:30 in the morning. Three employees walked right past us with no acknowledgement, except to make sure we weren't the drive-through order that had taken off without getting food or paying (presumably they received the same level of service we did). Nobody offered to take our order or told us they'd be with us in a minute.

We then tried to order via drive-through, that menu was still on lunch/dinner (again, 9:30 in the morning), and nobody acknowledged us through the speaker. We wound up driving down the road to the Rootstown location.

On the upside, the place was very clean. Always try to find good with the bad.

Hotel was conveniently located. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful.
