It's always nice when you pull up to a drive thru speaker and are greated by someone mumbling and unhappy. The personality was even worse when I got up to the window. I'm terribly sorry that I inconvenienced you by buying a burger. A buger that turned out to be luke warm. Don't worry, it was my first time and it will be my last.

This place has the worst customer service and getting breakfast served at this location is almost non existent.

Double check order before leaving. Dont go here often but given wrong cup size and didnt noticed till pulled away. Initally guy I had was great, had good humor and double checked my order. Then other girl who gave me my drink was rude and gave wrong size (small when paid for medium). Food was ok. Honestly if wasn't for inital guy who took my order, this be 1 star place.

This place is absolutely horrible. Sat in line for 15 min at the window waiting for our food. Food was cold and made wrong. No straws or napkins in the bag. Plus it's over priced anymore. Never will I go back to this one. The girls inside were running around goofing off instead of doing their jobs.

Very dirty took 15 minutes to get our food. The manager didn’t act like she wanted to work yet alone work for a food industry. One poor guy was cooking and two managers watched. Very poor customer service. Also very dirty and sticky floors.

This place is the definition of piss poor attitude and management. To pull up to the speaker and immediately be yelled at to wait our turn with a huge attitude is ridiculous. Either do your job or go home, it’s nobody’s fault that you don’t want to work or want to be there. I ended up leaving the drive through and the person at the next window hung herself out and screamed at me. I will be doing more research to find a corporate number and report this place for poor quality of service. It’s always like this and it’s everyone else’s fault but theirs.
