Quick off/on the highway. Our burgers should have been chili meat a few hours before we got them. Chicken nuggets were cold. The fries were the only fresh part of the meal.

Service was fast but food was not up to expectations. Large Chilis were all liquid, meat was disgusting and hardly any beans. The chili loaded potato was all chili sauce and no beans or meat. Ordered a plain small burger and it came with cheese. I ordered a plain burger. So disappointed as Wendy's had always been the only fast food we eat. Not anymore.

Worst Wendy's in a 125 miles radius,lobby allways closed.im a driver so I suggest to other drivers to never choose this one..

Arrived at the drive thru at 8:50pm on a Saturday night (9/13/25). The staff inside told our family that they were only accepting Door Dash and moblie app orders…? That can’t be this franchise’s expectation of “open until 1am,” can it? What difference would it have made if we simply entered a mobile order and waited? But rather than jump through that hoop, we drove to Rootstown and we were served immediately. I can only hope ownership sees these types of reviews and takes appropriate actions to remedy the situation. It will be a while before I bother heading to this location again.

I visited Wendy’s today and ordered the Breakfast Baconator meal with extra sauce. The sandwich I received was poorly assembled and looked torn apart. Instead of the proper sauce, I was given a cup of watery liquid that did not resemble the sauce that normally comes with the sandwich. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.
