Manager Courtney will not try to help you. “Ya know, since ya drove all the home and then had to turn around and drive back here because we left your wife’s entire order sit on the counter, just run back home scoop up the cold food that was YOUR dinner sir, run that right back out here and THEN I’ll be happy to make sure you don’t eat cold food you just dropped 30 bucks on”…. For the record, I am paraphrasing, but the gist is exactly as you read it… read all the reviews before you choose to spend your hard earned dollar here and lastly, don’t expect the manger to do the right thing to take care of you, if they mess it up, just go somewhere and get yourself a new lunch for today and remind yourself how gullible you can be lol

The only employee that served my friend and I gave the best representation of the company. Kelton Spearman was so kind and treated us with a smile. He should be promoted ASAP. With a line out the door and the drive-thru, he kept his calm and was able to effectively serve everybody. Not to mention the chicken tenders HE made were amazing. Shout out to him!

Thought maybe the Kenton restaurant would be better than the Fostoria one- wrong! Can never go there without getting screwed. The curly fries were so dark, hard,burned, cold,no potatoe taste at all ( probably refried), I returned them. Husband got turkey sandwich with overcooked bacon that crumbled and fell off the sandwich! My roast beef sliders were the best of all! When I took the fries back the girl said I should have asked for fresh fries! Why not just fry them as they are ordered! McDonald's and Arby's should take a lesson from Burger King, you can taste the potatoes in there fries and the are always hot!

To save your time don’t even go there they always mess up and evidently don’t know the difference between their portions of meats for their sandwiches I order a double, got a single and the NEW wagu burger GROSS and my boyfriend went to eat it and it was nothing but pink on the inside, nasty place and people they manger worries too much about her phone and scrubbing things then touching orders. NASTYYYYY
