Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! For the amount of money we spent and our food was cold and waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive thru was just pure laziness. When my daughter went in and told them our order was wrong the man who was at the window got irritated. We'll not be back here nor will my driver's for my company. I refuse to patronize a business who doesn't value their customers

Food was great. Horrible service. The store manager (Maci C.) Was very rude before we even had our order taken as she burping right at us. After, she messed up our milkshake and we simply asked for it to be fixed and she looked at us like we were stupid. This is really bad coming from a manager.

I wanted to try the Italian sub and what a disappointment!!!! There was not even enough meat on there for a half of a sub sandwich. The picture of the sub is definitely not what you are going to get. I called to tell them about it and they said the meat is proportioned and I said that looks nothing like the picture and is false advertising to show it like that. So I took the meat off one side and put it on the other side to just half part of a sandwich!!! and paid $6.00 What a joke!!!!! Do not buy, you will sadly disappointed!!!!!

Stopped for carryout, placed a simple order and had a very long wait. They weren't very busy. The food, chicken strips and curly fries were awful, burnt and greasy.

Ordered 3 meals, one with mozzarella sticks, 1 curly fry, 1 crinkle fry. Ordered this on way home from work. Got home with food to find the sides were wrong, called to find out how to fix the issue and phone rang off the hook when I know for a fact there are 4 people in the facility. Snowy icy roads so going back in person was not an option. So paid for all my food with only half to be able to eat. Let me add I was only order inside and only 1 vehicle in drive thru.

I went into Arby's today , there was a man and woman already ordered I waited 2 women in back and 3 guys in front kid walked up then walked away. I'm waiting to order, at this point I'm tired of waiting one should be a cash register one at windows. After sometime he came back I said if I was manager you would be fired and walked out. They weren't busy when I went in. I have worked in restaurant never fast food but they were standing around like they didn't know what to do. I was looking forward to a fish sandwich. I hope it improves.
