I don't believe that I've ever had a food that wasn't the highest of quality. Always friendly service and they always remember my wife's specific request, even if she didn't ask for it on that day.The do not have or have ever had a buffet, so not sure what that complaint was about.Give them a try, prices are equivalent to what any other Chinese takeout would have.
En Lai is obviously a take-out place, but they have tables in side for those that want to eat there. I found the staff there to be very kind, attentive, and polite, but like many Chinese restaurants, not overly chatty. They were obviously busy, but took the time to be polite and explain menu items. UPDATE ON MENU!I know prices have gone up but prices are almost 100% higher than what's in the other pictures! These are NY prices!Food is good. We ordered 4 things and it was good.
