Waited 30 minutes for the wrong food and it wasn't even busy so that's cool
I started calling at 5 o'clock thought I could order ahead but first three times no one answered finally someone answered said sorry to busy to take my order please call back in 5 to ten minutes so I did again after several attempts finally got through but again was told too busy would have to order online or come in and order well I had tried to order online before calling but it would not let me do 1/2 crispy half original that's why I called plus I live 20 minutes away figured could order and be ready when got there unfortunately I'm not eating KFC tonight my $80.00 went to burger king but really wanted KFC have not had in a while guess I will not do KFC ever again poor service
asked multiple times for mashed potatoes and I anyways end up with fry’s. starting to just be a waste of money.

I bought two dinner a 3 piece and 2 piece either meal was not right the chicken wasn't done all sliming skin breading was not done either was the chicken I give kfc I kenton ohio a 0

I sat in line for 20 plus minutes with literally a completely empty parking lot. 2 cars in front of me. I Finally made it up to the window to sit there for another 5 minutes and see Employees horsing around and have a good time with Still no one opening the window to take my money and give me my food ended up driving off Terrible employees

Ordered a sandwich, nuggets, and a fry. Asked for it to be cooked fresh. Got my food home and fry’s were cold and hardly filled up for a large. The KFC sauce I said I wanted wasn’t in the bag for my nuggets.

I can’t believe this place is still open. I went through the drive-through and got a three piece meal, got home and the bone on all 3 pieces of the chicken was black. The french fries tasted like they had been cooked with fish and the biscuit was as hard as a brick. Shame on KFC I will never be back.

I don’t understand what’s the point of ordering online if you are going to make me wait when I get there. Wasted my time.
Food was okay, not great. Cashier had to wait to take our order until getting ice for previous customer, because there was no ice in the dining room machine. That was understandable. She took our order and sat empty cups on the counter for us. When I asked for ice, she told me we'd have to wait til she took the next customer's order, and she filled the machine! The next order took considerable time, and we were at least a third of the way through our meal...with no drinks. Also, every single step I took, my shoes made a noise and it felt like the floor was sticky; not food, likely the floor cleaner that hadn't been rinsed off the floor. Floors were not dirty.

Don't even bother with this place. I placed an online order at 7:40pm for a pick up time of 8:00pm. That gives the workers a whole 20 minutes to get the order prepared. Went in at 8:01 to pick up my order to find workers dancing in the back prep area where the food is supposed to be cooked. Started heading to the pick up the order at the mobile order pickup and saw nothing. Worker came up front and was about to take my order when I told her I was here for a mobile order pick up. Was told it would be another 25 minute wait. That is a total of a 45 minute wait. I'd bet everything that the workers didn't realize they had a mobile order come through since they were too busy dancing in the prep area. Yeah, just skip this place. They weren't busy or anything so no excuse on that one. Even if they were, 45 minutes? Really?? Get some competent workers in there that actually care about their job.
