I ordered $30 worth of food to sit with my sister and her autistic child so he could play on the play land. While I was ordering off of the kiosk I heard multiple employees using foul language. Although food is good and service was fast I’m giving a 1 star because management needs to get their people under control. They shouldn’t be using foul language where there is little kids present period. Especially sitting back here in the play land and u can hear them from in here. No one was in the restaurant except us and another lady with 2 little girls

The every sandwich sucks you pay extra for for anything it tells you mcDonald's is just about money. Don't give a s*** about their customers. You see the everyday, you know, it's all about money, it's nothing about serving the right food or to nobody it's about making money food, don't taste like you used to me. I've grew up in Kenton and honestly haven't been eating out as much, can't afford to eat out in this economy..... but broke down and got McDonald's and I went in to order and got it to go, the service was horrible the atmosphere was not right considering it was very busy and there was no urgency to get people's food out, to top everything off when I got home I was atleast excited to dig into my big mac and to try the chicken big mac for the first time..... when I took my first bite of the chicken big mac it was cold and dark brown because it was old and probably been there for hours, threw it away it was disgusting..... I opened my regular big mac was disgusting as well and the fries were old.... I swear I am not eating out anymore I feel if we are paying sit down restaurant prices we should get FRESH FOOD AND GET WHAT WE PAY FOR..... since it was busy why wasnt fresh food made. I am very disappointed and will not be eating out at McDonald's anymore

Since when happy meals come with no nuggets, a few fries, a toy, and apple slices????? Employees need to start doubke, triple checking happy meals, bags, the correct drinks and tea isn't suppose to taste like water. This gas happened a lot lately.
Kid-friendliness: Be more polite and get orders correct.

Kids need to learn how to prep foods a little better. I. E...I want my catsup on my burger. Not on top of my bun. I understand that it's tough whenever we have to come to work but, not impossible to fix food properly.🥪☕🤠👋

Worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Very rude order taker, my food was cold and not made right. The coffee machine was down? Got to the window and the woman damn near threw the bag at me and didn’t say a word. She just shut the window. Yikes!!! Never going there again. Ever.
