Saw Google reviews and decided to try. We were worried we wouldn't find parking since have our camper. We were able to park a block up as several empty spaces. I think was all locals as I felt like we were in one of those movies where everyone stops to stare. Staff friendly and seem to work as a team. Food was good. Country fried steak was so tender that didn't need a knife to cut. Older restaurant. Appears clean. Woukd stop again if in area.
We were in the Kenton area for a family reunion and stayed at a BnB in town. We did an online search for breakfast restaurants, choose this one and were VERY pleasantly surprised!! "Small town" USA!! Locally owned and managed - VERY nice change from the franchised restaurants that we normally see. Very good food, extremely reasonable prices, excellent service. Will definitely stop in again if we are ever back in Kenton!!

I found this wonderful family owned and operatef diner. My husband and I stopped to have breakfast with our grandson because to quote my grandson "I am starving!". The food tasted excellent. Their sausage gravy is as good as mine and that is saying volumes because I am a fantastic old school cook.
