Pizza was foul. Had to wait 45 mins for a pick up order just unreal,when i did get my order the pizza was uncooked, just shut this place down & get new owners 😮💨 manager could care less.
I love pizza hut. I'm also an employee. I enjoy working with people and going to new places.

Its mother's day we waited for minutes and just started getting the buffet and had to go up and give them our order then took another 15 to 20 minutes to get our food
The last 2 times that I've ordered online my order was delivered wrong. Tonight I've spent over an hour on hold trying to get my order fixed. Currently I've been on hold for 80 minutes just trying to get my order corrected.
Stay away from this complete dumpster fire. It was absolute chaos with two tables in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. I still don’t know who my waitress was…it took 20 minutes to even get drinks, another 20 to place a order, then our food came out one item at a time over a 35 minute period. The older bald man who seemed to be a manager should shut this hole down. Kenton deserves better!
Went there in the late afternoon on April 14th, and an employee was working with a child on her hip. That was an awful thing to see and made me question how sanitary the food and kitchen even was when there's a baby in there. Who knows how much baby drool or shit got in the food?? No wonder so many people have been reporting food poisoning after eating at Pizza Hut, they got babies in there drooling in the damn food.
The service was horrible as well. Had to ask 3 different times if we could get a box for our food.
Dec 30 I was door dashing and one of the orders was pizza hut so I went to the drive thru told her it was a door dash order and she said i have to come inside so i did when i got inside she said their delivery driver already left with the order🙄.. I placed an order for my family Friday night (1/3/25), and the food arrived later than the apps estimated time, which is expected because the roads may have been bad. We were missing food, so the driver had to go back to Pizza Hut and get it. Sunday (1/5/2025) i placed a delivery order on the pizza hut app and the food took longer to arrive again and the lady that delivered said she is a door dasher and supposedly didn't know my apartment number (it was on the receipt) after she left i relealized our 2 liter was missing so I called pizza hut explained that I placed a delivery order on the pizza hut app and was missing our 2 liter, she said there's nothing she can do and they didn't have a driver that night so door dash delivered my order and I would have to let door dash know, how is that even possible when I didn't order through door dash or even know the drivers name 🤦🏻♀️ I am done with Kenton pizza hut, the food isn't even good, it's just what my kids always request.

This pizza hut location has basically stolen from me at this point.
Ordered from this location on 11/17.. that's 2 weeks ago. Places the order online.. the be picked up at 12:30. I had my parents pick up the order. When they got there, they were told that they didn't have an order for my name or phone number or an order placed for 12:30. They called me... And we verified the location.. time and order. All was correct on my side. Order was paid for with a card online.
They continued to tell us that they couldn't do anything about it.. and that there was no number we could contact for either get a refund or credit.
I found a number myself and have had multiple conversations with people that end with "someone will contact you within 1-3 days". No one has still to this date. Out nearly $50 because of an issue on their part. Some of the worst customer service I've had in my life... In store AND online. It's all such a shame too because myself and my family have been coming here since I was a child..
Pizza Hut will never get my business again.

2 weeks ago I placed an order at 5:11 by phone which the call center answered, I was to pick up order around 5:30 we arrived at 5:35 the manager sent us around the building for further waiting. Got up to the pick up window and waited another 15 -20 minutes w/o any employee communication so at 6:07 we finally received the order. Worst service EVER !!!!! Later on that evening I spoke with someone at corporate and they stated that I would receive a phone call from the manager at the Kenton Pizza Hut that never happened as they have poor customer service! I did get a “sorry” from a sweet young employee whom the manager sent to us instead of handling the matter herself!

Ordered delivery. Was told delivery would be 45mins. It has now been 1 hr 30 mins + and I get a text that Door Dash will deliver in another 15 mins. Finally arrived 2 minutes shy of 2 hrs from order time. And it wasn't even made to our order and was cold.

The best part of the location is the service and servers. Came during lunch and got the Sunday "buffet." The pizza was okay, but bland, the sides were limited. If the server wasn't so awesome, the location would be 2 stars overall; she is an asset and deserves a raise.

3rd time I have picked up a to-go order inside and waited for 20+ mins before I've even been talked to by an employee. What seems to be the manager actually was helpful. The rest of the staff however, I might as well have been a ghost. Lived here almost my whole life and the last 5 years has been bad.
