I ordered delivery for my daughter and I. We ordered pasta, pizza and cinnamon breadsticks for dessert. I wish I was joking here when I said this, but they literally put an inch of cinnamon sugar on top of the cinnamon breadsticks. How is that even edible? Picture is after I already scraped all the crap on the top off.

The last two times we have gotten Pizza Hut to go the wait time was 15-20 minutes pick up. Arriving for pick up the first time my order took over another 40 minutes to get. This is very disappointing.

Terrible customer service, I ordered at 5, carry out time was 30 min I had a drive, so I scheduled it for 5:45 got there and they told me it was going to be ANOTHER 30 min. They were behind okay cool I work in a restaurant I get it. But then to offer no compensation is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stay away from this complete dumpster fire. It was absolute chaos with two tables in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. I still don’t know who my waitress was…it took 20 minutes to even get drinks, another 20 to place a order, then our food came out one item at a time over a 35 minute period. The older bald man who seemed to be a manager should shut this hole down. Kenton deserves better!
