I ordered two smoothies a couple sandwiches and a burrito I then paid for it all. Drove back and realized they didn't give me the burrito so I had to drive back and get it. And there were no apologies or anything. I'm disappointed in the customer service. The food and drinks are great however!

BlackBerry iced Macchiato w/ blackberry vanilla cold foam ❤️ delicious I got an xl and sad there isn't a xxl! Delicious!! Come to Springfield or Urbana OH! Cashier was super sweet and informative!! Love that there's a drive thru opinion as well! Also please make the blackberry flavor permanent!!

Never have i chugged a coffee before i ordered from scooters. I ordered the turtle candy bar latte and WOW, the coffee was so smooth, it wasnt overbearingly sweet, it was perfect. The people at the drive thru window were so sweet, asking how my mom's day was and everything. Would recommend 100%
