My husband and I go to Archers not only for the food but for the bartender Mandie. Hands down the best bartender! I do not think there is a drink she can't make. Mandie's up beat personality and great service is why we return. If Mandie is not there we don't stay. Her service goes above and beyond everytime!
We love Archer's Tavern. They have become our local favorite since we recently moved to Dayton due to their amazing food, family-friendly (we have 2 small kids) environment, quiet atmosphere, and very importantly their very affordable menu. We'd like to thank the owners and staff for creating such an authentic eating experience for an affordable cost.
Affordable with good food. Waitress was excellent
Cierra made sure we were able to meet our time limit for lunch! Many thanks. My friend likes Kentucky Bourbon Ale but is now off the menu. Limited return as a result.
Great burgers, service, however stopped serving Kentucky Bourbon Ale on tap. Would have had 5 star rating otherwise.
Great time and great food.
My daughter and I came to get dinner a couple weeks ago. We both got burgers, me the Patty Melt, she the One Way Cheeseburger. It was very clear when they were received they appeared to be frozen pre-made patties. They were not great. My daughter was not well the next day. The service was great, making that the saving grace. The fried pickles were alright. Unfortunately the sandwiches were a poor imitation of bar/pub food, made from what appears to be the average stuff off a Sysco truck. For the money spent I could have made several quarter pound GFS patties or frozen Kroger burger patties on buns for less and would have likely tasted better and more consistent. I had hopes, as it's right down the road from my new house. It could have been a great place for weekly dinners out with the fam, but I'll continue looking. I would not recommend...

Had lunch with a group and our server, Michelle B. was excellent. I would recommend the Southwest Power Bowl. Perfect size for lunch and all the flavors blended very nicely.

I've been going to Achers Tavern in Kettering for years and I've always had a positive experience, and good food. I've order from here at least 50 times (probably more) I highly recommend this restaurant.

Smothered chicken, Southwest quinoa bowl, Pepperjack cheesesteak, club sandwich, and dry-rub fries were all great!
Great service. Good Americana style food.
Stopped in with my kids to grab a snack and kill time and our waitress was very kind.
Definitely recommend stopping if you're near one of their locations.
Kid-friendliness: Pretty quiet and low key when we went. Good for kids with sensory issues

Not going back. Attempted to dine on a Thursday nite, had a brief wait so we sat at the bar. The bartender was awesome and I wish we would have stayed at the bar to eat.
Our table became available and we sat there for about 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff.
This is the key point. My husband asked when being seated if we could have a booth and the hostess stated no it's complicated.
However I noticed as we sat there on this invisible island of a table that the open booth my husband asked about was being served.
