Bernstein’s was truly exceptional from start to finish! From the first consultation, Kevin was incredibly attentive and answered all of our questions upfront, making us feel confident and excited about the process. Once we booked, Frances took over coordination and she was an absolute delight to work with — organized, responsive, and so warm every step of the way.

The tasting alone made choosing our menu difficult because everything was so delicious. They offer such a great variety, and we were blown away by the quality and flavor of every dish.

On the wedding day, the Bernstein’s team went above and beyond. The service was seamless, the food was outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and thoughtful. Our guests are still raving about the food!

Bernstein’s absolutely knocked our wedding at Carillon Park this past weekend out of the park. Throughout the past year Natasha was extremely responsive and helpful with every step of planning. We got glowing reviews from our family on the food - the prime rib and pesto chicken were excellent. Angelo was amazing the day of and was so great in serving us and our wedding party. If you’re planning a wedding in Dayton, Bernstein’s is the obvious choice!

Bernstein's Catering did such a phenomenal job for our wedding at Carillon Park! From our first phone call, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the team. With my husband and I both living out of state, Frances accommodated our schedules to ensure we could schedule our venue tour and tastings with ease. Angelo was an amazing person to have the day of our wedding and made sure that anything we or our family needed was handled with ease. Our guests complimented the food and professionalism of the team time and time again. We loved getting to work with them to bring our vision for our wedding day to life.

If you are debating a caterer for your wedding or event, you have to go with Bernstein’s!! Not only is their food delicious and of very high quality, but their services is even better. Kevin was so incredibly helpful through the whole wedding planning process as well as Frances coordinating details when things started to become overwhelming in the end. They were always willing to take a phone call and answer our questions, switch things up when we thought of something we forgot to mention etc. everything you would want in a catering team! They remembered every detail and went above and beyond! We had around 350 guests at our wedding with a seated dinner- because of their staff, dinner was served promptly and efficiently helping us stay on schedule and their staff was so kind and professional! Bernstein’s is the best!!!

I used Bernstein’s for the catering at my wedding. All of my guests were very complimentary of the food and the staff.

I worked with the owner, Adam, for most of the planning process. He worked very hard to help me make my vision come to life and it turned out perfect.

The only issues I had were in the beginning of planning when my initial contact/coordinator left and I was not told until I reached out later. I also had an issue with planning my tasting where the initial date and time I picked turned out to be unavailable and I was told only a week before when I had made special travel plans to be in town for it (I live out of town). I also got multiple emails with my name spelled incorrectly, despite it being in my email signature which felt a little like the sender didn’t really care to spell it right.

All in all, I was able to have a perfect wedding day with wonderful food and fantastic catering staff!

Great food

Beware of the fast talk. You don’t need to pay $500 for an estimate for services. Very disappointed with their customer service and sales tactics! Enjoy my $500 instead of the multi thousand dollar job. Will never recommend this company.

Bernsteins catered our wedding a month ago and we had a great experience. Natasha and Kevin were wonderful to work with. I think Bernsteins really thrives with their service at your event and with their apps and desserts. The apps are so cute, but more importantly delicious. We had a plated meal and the presentation was beautiful. We also did a late night snack, which I wish we would have had passed, but that’s my own fault for not thinking of that detail! The chef was great and subbed feta cheese on the salads since I really dislike goat cheese and added pomegranate seeds for a pop of color per my request. We would use them again. The flavor and quality of their food surpasses other Dayton caterers and it is evident at the tasting. They also make strong, really great cocktails!

Angelo was also amazing as he was the onsite support for our evening, continuously checking in on us and making sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed.
