Ordered coffees in the drive thru, went to the window and paid with a young man and then was completely forgotten about. A girl came to the window and asked what I was doing and I explained just waiting on my coffees and I then had to repeat my order to which the coffees had been sitting there long enough all the whip cream was melted. I asked her where the young man went and she claimed he left, left before even finishing the last order he was on? This is usually my favorite location but as a service worker.. what do you mean you just left mid order?

I order the same way everyday that i come here and then suddenly the manager josh tells me i cannot have extra carmel on the side when im the one paying for the drink. Im allowed to order my extra camerl on the side of thats how i prefer my drink. Out of all the time that I've went to this coffee shop as well as the other locations I've never had a manager tell me this please. I would advise you to not tell your customers how they can and can't order items because that really doesn't make sense when they're the ones purchasing the items. I won't be going to this location again.

I've been here twice now and each time has been a pleasurable experience. The employees are kind, and both times I noticed they were laughing and socializing well with their coworkers. That's a good thing, and so refreshing to see! More often than not in restaurants anymore, employees are visibly unhappy (and it's understandable why), so to have two pleasant experiences at a coffee restaurant is rare in my opinion.
Besides the coffee being outstanding, this place is worth the money. They have a drive through that moves swiftly and the prices are pretty standard. Definitely worth a try!

Always swing by here on the way to or from my gfs. Service is good, drinks are good and reasonably priced. I usually get a frozen coffee of some sort and it's not too sugary. Food is decent. The ham sliders are super good and so are there muffins. Donuts are pretty standard. Service is always good and has a rewards program.
