Blossom Juicy Bar (Bigger Rd)

My drink yesterday was warm flavorless milk and tapioca balls that had no sweetness. It was supposed to be Super Taro milk tea with regular sugar and ice levels. Don't know if they just diluted down a regular drink with milk but when I order super size I still want regular ratios. Unfortunately did not realize until I was to far away to go back because it definitely just needed to be remade. I should have realized it had no ice when I grabbed it. I really couldn't drink it and later threw it out which I have never done with boba in my life. Really disappointed since one of my last drinks there was amazing (practically getting punched in the face with Taro flavor - in a good way!) but this experience was really bad.

I went here last week and ordered a watermelon milk tea but the employee gave me tiger black, and when I asked her to redo it, she still gave me the wrong flavor.

I went back again today, hoping for a fresh start. I ordered a cotton candy milk tea, but the same employee gave me coffee.

The staff is very friendly but it is disappointing that I was repeatedly given the wrong flavor.

Posted time of opening is 1030. When arrived door was unlocked. 2 people were sitting inside and someone comes out saying they aren’t open yet due to a scheduling mix up. Didn’t offer an opening time or any other information. Not a good impression!

The service was good, but very disappointing drinks. I ordered a crème brulee milk tea and the topping was not caramelized at all. The drink didn’t have any flavor and only tasted of a weak plain black tea. My friend ordered a Thai tea and it also only tasted of weak plain black tea with no additional flavor. Not only were the drinks disappointing, but the place was honestly trashed (for lack of better words). Trash and food all over the floor, board games spread over tables, chairs and the floor. Stains on the furniture. The floor and counters looked like the haven’t been been mopped or wiped down in days either.
This has always been one of the best boba places in town. Not really sure what happened.

The environment and customer service was excellent. This is definitely a place I would return to. It’s always nice to have a good experience. Lots of drink options and all are great.

Update: Blossom kindly reached out and fixed the issue. We went there today and they measured all the ingredients and made a great drink (just like old times). Thanks again! :)

Really disappointed. We have purchased drinks here countless times and within the last few months there has been so much inconsistency. We always get the strawberry tea with popping bubbles and lately, it has been so disgustingly sweet. I feel like I am drinking straight syrup. They use to measure the ingredients that they pour but now they just eyeball it and it’s been terrible. You can hardly taste the Jasmin tea in it at all.

Best bubble tea around. We come here regularly. We’ve only ever had one hiccup, which was partly due to the wrong syrup being used. Management corrected their mistake though and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

WATCH FOR OVERCHARGE!!! Drinks are okay not great though. Got small and large, didn’t notice the drinks were the same size until I was already down the road. Charged for larges.

First time I ever went there, first time I ever tried boba. It was so delicious. I went tk another place that sold boba, (I ordered a strawberry milk tea with strawberry poppings both times ), but Blossom Juicy Bar was just so much better. They got my order right the first try, staff are respectful, the place is clean, and the boba POPS. You guys did a great job! Keep it up!

The people that are running the place are so sweet and accomodating! The drinks were delicious! There are so many choices to choose from. The lady who took my order told me that if I didn’t like the drinks that I ordered she could remake something else I might would like instead as they are new and still trying to get the measurements right with the recipes but there was no need, they were so good! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! 🫶🏼

It is a great place to go if you want bobba and other things and the employees are very friendly and every time I go in for my mom they know exactly what I get and make everything extremely easier.
