I once loved it… however they have discontinued most sizes and are poorly stocked at the Ashland location. No point going there when they are out of almost everything! Looking for a new boba place to enjoy now.

Not to exaggerate, but this boba is my favorite part of moving to Ohio. The cotton candy bubble tea is *HEAVENLY*. I come here all the time. Never once failed me. Highly recommend.
The woman who served me was very kind, and even gave me a sample cup of the crystal bubbles without me asking for it. I was barely waiting, if at all, and the atmosphere was very appealing. 10/10, best watermelon milk tea i've had.

They are always out of Boba. Very lazy people never have Boba three times I went. They never had my normal Boba I don’t know. Do they eat or do they not make them please? I would like this to get figured out.

I ordered Strawberry Green Tea however the drink did not taste like strawberry and very watered down. When I walked in, the staff said noting. Not even Hello, How can I help you. I said thank you but again staff said noting. First time try and I will not be returning.
