My family are frequent diners at Buffalo Wild Wings, and we’ve always had great experiences, but I especially want to thank the manager, Samantha, for going above and beyond during a recent DoorDash order disaster.
Our Dasher stole our entire family’s order and tried to claim it was delivered. Thankfully, I had proof from our security camera that showed him arriving without our order and with somebody else’s food, leaving with the wrong order, and never coming back.
Samantha was incredibly attentive and quick to resolve the issue. She took the situation seriously and made things right without hesitation. Her professionalism and genuine care deserve recognition. We truly appreciate her and will continue to support this location thanks to people like her!

I went for lunch ordered wedges and chunks. Abigail was the server someone else brought my food out the wedges were good. UT the chunks were cold well I never saw Abigail untilI asked another server for my check and a box. I was irritated she acted like all was good guess I wasn't worth her time I won't be back it was the first time I had been there.very diappointed

This location is mediocre at best. 2nd time coming to this one and will definitely be the last. We come in and it's not busy at all except the bar area because of trivia night. Our server comes and gets out drinks and we order the unlimited app deal. A good chunk of time later they come back and get our order. 1 person at our table did have a goofy order but it wasn't anything hard. He ordered one meal to eat and then asked for another one to be made after we were done and for a dessert to cone out as well. The apps come out and after a small bit so does the dessert, we tell them it wasn't supposed to come out until after the meal and they we're incredibly lost about it and still wanted to leave it at the table but it would melt.. They take it back and say they will just make another at the right time.. Then our food comes out. One person was shorted a couple wings on their plate and not even 2 minutes after, the to-go order gets brought out to the table as a standard order.. We explain to them it should have been brought out as a to-go order after we already ate so they took it back and put it in a box. The reasoning we were told is our waiter was overwhelmed because they had a 16 top table come in, but um that has absolutely NOTHING to do with an order that was placed 20+ minutes ago.. Our waiter also only came back once for a refill and we never got a refill on the unlimited app deal so that was a waste of money. The dessert also never got brought back out so that person just asked for it to be taken off the bill and to not worry about it. All these concerns were brought up to multiple people except apparently someone it mattered to but that's alright, they can get business from someone not me 😂

We love spending our Wednesday nights at Buffalo Wild Wings for their live trivia—it’s always a great time! The atmosphere is fun, the staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and the service makes us feel right at home. Ashleigh, our regular hostess, is fantastic, and Macey and Garrett never fail to greet us with a warm smile and a cheerful hello. It’s nice to have a place with friendly faces where I can go and forget about life for a couple hours each week.

The food was pretty good, but what really stood out was the service. We had a party of 11: 4 adults, 3 teens, & 4 kids under age 8. Kelsey was fantastic with accommodating special orders as well as some sensory needs. And she was very understanding of the kids and their needs/likes in general.

If you want not only late but cold food this is your place,, service is ALWAYS terrible, will not be returning, tried giving it a few chances but its never satisfactory, tell your servers to always give refills to not only one but ALL customers

I just picked up a to go order, and the wings were so overcooked and dried out, they weren’t even edible. Plus it was cold. The potato wedges were so tiny. I won’t be back!
Horrible my boyfriend and I went here a couple days ago the service was bad. We waited for food for an hour then it was cold, the food we ordered was made wrong three times. Then the server argued with me about the food being ordered wrong, that she put in wrong. Then the manager wiped off the burger and tried to give it back to my boyfriend. Including when we tried to check out the energy of us being people of color was not pleasant. Basically being rude to us and we were done so wrong at this location the food, service and atmosphere was bad. If you are a person of color DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

We had a bad experience before with slow service and my fiance getting his food before me. We decided to give it another try. Well, here we are again with subpar service. I am currently watching my fiance eat his food that was delivered 10 minutes ago. I'm once again sitting here waiting on mine. What restaurant doesn't deliver both patrons their food at the same time? And this has happened twice.

I go here for a weekly trivia game. If it wasn't for that, I doubt I would ever go. Food is mediocre at best. If you are fortunate enough to have Garrett as your server, service is excellent. The other servers in the bar area are not that good, and they are bordering on horrible or, at best, inattentive. That said, the dining room servers are pretty good.
Again, if it wasn't for the live trivia, I doubt I would ever go here.

Had the worst side of french fries I have ever been served. Dark brown (burnt) non more than an inch long. I cant believe my server did not look at my plate and see it as unacceptable. And no I don't want a side to take home with me to make up for it. You should not have to complain to get a decent meal.
