I tried using a $3.99 whopper Wednesday promo, but accidentally sent it to the wrong store. That's on me. But the way this store wouldn't do anything to help is wild to me. I've never seen anything like it. I cancelled my order at the other store, but they wouldn't refund me, they wouldn't move the order to this store, they said the promo has now been used (at a store I can't get to), so I couldn't use it again, and they didn't offer me any solutions. I'm out $4 for no dinner. If they could get me my promo back on my account or discount the whopper, I'd even spend an additional $4 to eat tonight, but it's crazy that even that wasn't an option. I've honestly never had an experience like this before.

Drive thru guy was so friendly when we picked up sandwiches for lunch. I hadn't been to BK for a while but it was nice to see they haven't shrunk the Whopper and staff is a nice guy . Tasty food.

Ordered 12 piece motz got 11 not such a big deal, it happens, ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and got a sprinkle of lettuce and nothing more than a tears worth of mayo. I selected cheese on the app but the app messed up that part apparently. And the HTTYD milk shake was only filled half way. This store is a no go for me now.
