Every time i go here they ALWAYS mess up my order,, its like they know im coming, ordered the simplest burger and they still made it wrong,, i will not be coming back,, they cant get anything right so i will take my money else where, hire smarter people its not that hard ,, place makes me very angry , good way to lose customers

Entire crew was lovely and made sure all of our food was fresh, even replacing some of the onion rings, without us asking. Lovely crew who were very kind! Service was fast. Always come here when I’m in town for my breakfast also! Very clean inside!

Sat in the Drive-Thru for almost 10 and 1/2 minutes. Ordered my food and I got home, opened it and it was completely wrong. I don't understand how you guys can pay people $15 an hour who can't even get an order correct.

They give fairly quick service but seemingly they do it begrudgingly, like they are doing you a favor. Store not very clean. That's why I do take-out only here.

Honestly I just wanted to write that I couldn't tell what the girls name is, but she had angel bites and a septum piercing, and she was honestly really sweet. I usually hate going into buildings and I was dressed in a cosplay and I felt really embarrassed going in. But as we went to pay she ended up complimenting my outfit and it honestly made my whole night. To that girl, I don't know you, but thank you.
BUT, I would like to ask if due to the winter cold they could clean their parking lots better. The ice and snow ended up getting me and my grandpa stuck for about 5-10 minutes.

Went to the drive through around 7-7:15 and the younger female was very rude even ordering. Got to the window. Again. Very rude attitude. Slammed the window as loud as she could . Sorry she was annoyed to do her job. I’m not sure why ordering fries well done was such a HUGE deal to her. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I had apologized and said thank you when she handed me my drinks and card back. Again. Slammed the window. Had to get the guy she was working with to give me my food. Which he was very sweet. Also just to be extra petty dumped the small fry out in the bag. We didn’t eat the food out of fear of what she did to it. Not sure why she was so upset over well done fries but if that’s the attitude…. She doesn’t need that job apparently to act that way.
Nothing like looking the drive thru worker with the man bun and bad tattoos in the eye and asking for ketchup, then him verifying what I said, all to get home and have no ketchup… you people don’t serve $15 an hour.

Tried to come here for lunch today but won’t be back to this location. I understand it was a little busy, but when we walked in we immediately had a rude altercation as we approached the counter with a staff member. There was a 100 nicer ways she could have talked to us than she did. I am so tired of customer service just being completely gone anymore. Ended up going to Indian ripple Burger King and had an amazing experience. They have forever gained my business.
