Ordered a 2 piece catfish dinner and want you to know that the two pieces were pathetically small, don't think you could get them any smaller. They were almost as small as the hush puppies that came with the order. Just letting you know I'm pretty sure I'm through with Captain D's. Regards Sylvin

Almost everything was fresh and hot. The fried okra was superb. I got the lobster rolls and although they could have been bigger (which honestly idk what I expected for how cheap they were) but they were delicious. There was a heaping helping on the lobster on top of fresh, crisp lettuce. The roll was nice and soft. I tried my boyfriend’s fries and they tasted stale and the hush puppies tasted like what a wet dog smells like but everything else was good and it was a great value for the money. Also, my order was ready super fast which I appreciated.

Security Seal

Due to poor service I haven't been in this store almost two-years.

I decided to take another shot at it. Visited on 061925 @ 2:31PM. The gentleman working the counter and drive-thru clearly had a developmental disability / maybe autism. I was very patient with him and thought it was great they hired him. But oh no...

There was some sort of minor mix-up and the manager on duty in the kitchen yelled (through the window at this guy) over a mix-up on a sandwich order. A sandwich. This guy was doing everything he could to keep up with orders and was being extremely pleasant with ALL of the customers. I was honestly very impressed with how hard he was trying to give excellent customer service.

If your management is going to demean and degrade ANY employee, especially one with an intellectual disability, either don't hire the disabled for start firing your management.

This conduct was simply disgusting watch unfold. Disgusting! And while I'm at it, mop your nasty lobby floor - customers don't want to feel their feet sticking to your tile floor.

FYI: You had a sign in your restaurant asking customers to leave feedback. That sign not be a good idea at this location?

Tangelina ruined my experience here. I’ve been here multiple times and everyone has had great service. She was rude!! Her shirt was filthy and she kept taking her phone out her pocket when she was going to the front and back. I hope she washed her hands-

My sister wanted Captain D's not me and she ordered fish with 2 sides and a side of shrimp. She said the fish was not any good and I seen the baked potato which was overdone it was brown and we were both shocked at the small amount of shrimp for the price that she paid for a side of shrimp. WOW !!

Food should be prepared properly as a restaurant should. Management needs to be replaced, all I will say is I will not return, nor will I be disrespected by a young know it all child with a chip on her shoulder. She has no business being in hospitality service of any kind. Sad and upsetting I grew up on C D'S I HOPE THEY TURN THIS LOCATION AROUND.

Do yourself a favor, don't order food from this place. I ordered a simple fish and fries dinner on doordash. The wait was so long the first delivery person left. The second delivery person was new to doordash amd was so upset because she couldnt get the order. It's literally 80 minutes since I ordered and still nothing. We live 1 mile from the store. I felt so bad I told her I would tip her when she got here. I'm tipping extra because Captain Ds is so horrible. Never Again!
