My pizza tonight was awful. The sauce had no flavor. I think they put unseasoned tomato sauce on the pizza and then dumped a large pile of oregano in the center of the pizza. So I was able to chose between no flavor, and pieces that had a visible layer of spices. And the salad; the Italian dressing was the consistency of water. This was beyond disappointing.
Careful if you order online. They took my order, charged my card, and told me when my order would be ready. Got there and they had no record of my order. Told me I would get a refund, which I never did. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. District manager apologized and said he would credit my account $30, which he never did. Call center had no clue how to handle. I will order from Donatos or Gioninos next time. Sad how bad customer service is nowadays.
Pizza just as I grew up in the 1960/70's in Franklin Ohio. Service was excellent.
Vic would be proud!!!
I wish they had a store in the Columbus/Westerville area.
