Segregation at a restaurant in 2025 is crazy, but not shocking. Figured the first time I saw it it was just a coincidence, but this is the 3rd time I've seen it, this store ALWAYS, and i mean ALWAYS, has the BLACK female workers OUTSIDE in the HEAT while all the white girls AND MEN are inside. This is happening each time. Im sure you all will chock it up to coincidence but ONCE is a coincidence, multiple times is on purpose. And purposely scheduling your black workers to work outside while the rude white ones sit inside in the air conditioning all day is insane. Then again pretty sure chic fil a endorses trump. So i guess i shouldn't be too shocked. Foods great though.

I don't usually leave reviews (let alone bad ones), but I was a little surprised by the service here. I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the store and when I walked in I went to the pick up counter, which is what they tell you to do in the app, I had been standing there for a few seconds when I made direct eye contact with an employee and was then ignored. I assumed they were busy and would get to me in a minute, but five minutes later I still hadn't been helped, or acknowledged, in any way. Right then a man walks through the door and the employee behind the counter (who was just standing there) immediately greeted him and asked what she could help him with. I was a little shocked, I had been standing there, there was no one in line, and you ask the guy BEHIND me if he has a mobile order before me? And then finally she picks up a bag off the counter (that had been there since I got there) and says 'Mobile order for Sage?' I raised my hand a little bit and say it's for me, and I get a weird look in return, she hands the bag and drink to me and I leave. What? Am I at McDonald's? This is not the service I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Every single time I get a chicken sandwich here the lettuce is ROTTEN. At least 6 times in a row, probably 10 times in a row. I mean BLACK rotten, worse than the markdowns at the store. Since it happens EVERY TIME, I guess that is their standard to serve lettuce that is rotted black with every sandwich.
Also, last time I went they gave the wrong food, and not only wrong but gross and absolutely disgusting and vile(something way worse than black lettuce). The lady wouldn't take it back because it was their policy that they don't take food back. Well, it's my policy that you don't give me the wrong food that is also disgusting and vile and then make me keep it in my car.
Why does YOUR policy prevail over mine? Why is what YOU want more important than doing the right thing?
Don't worry about it, I'll never be back. And you'll find the gross "food" you served on the ground in your parking lot. Definitely not keeping your garbage in my car.
Chick-fil-A about 10 or 15 years ago supposedly had some of the best service. Now it is WORST IN CLASS. McDonald's service these days is ten times better than them.
I ordered Crispy chicken sandwich and cup of vanilla ice cream, kale salad, chicken nuggets and waffles fries.. and it was fresh, hot and delicious.

This place rips. Food is hot and quick, drive through super quick, inside very fast even at capacity. Staff is friendly as hell (pun intended) and kids eat free on Tuesday. Came here and they had a craft and the cow walking around giving high fives and it made me chuckle. I want to hate this place ‘cause Christians are weird but it is just too damn good. The Sunday thing is annoying too but I’m glad staff get a guaranteed day off.

Food items are always are great we ate inside and the young man cleaned all of the tables like I clean at home. He was a young black man very polite and respectful, every restaurant should copy the ethics of Chick fil A.

Literally everytime I come here I order grilled nuggets and everytime they are rung up as regular. This time I caught it before I left and they happily fixed it but I don't know what you have to do to get the correct nuggets the first time. But again they corrected it no problem so service is excellent but the 3 stars is because this is a constant problem at this location.
