Every single time I get a chicken sandwich here the lettuce is ROTTEN. At least 6 times in a row, probably 10 times in a row. I mean BLACK rotten, worse than the markdowns at the store. Since it happens EVERY TIME, I guess that is their standard to serve lettuce that is rotted black with every sandwich.
Also, last time I went they gave the wrong food, and not only wrong but gross and absolutely disgusting and vile(something way worse than black lettuce). The lady wouldn't take it back because it was their policy that they don't take food back. Well, it's my policy that you don't give me the wrong food that is also disgusting and vile and then make me keep it in my car.
Why does YOUR policy prevail over mine? Why is what YOU want more important than doing the right thing?
Don't worry about it, I'll never be back. And you'll find the gross "food" you served on the ground in your parking lot. Definitely not keeping your garbage in my car.
Chick-fil-A about 10 or 15 years ago supposedly had some of the best service. Now it is WORST IN CLASS. McDonald's service these days is ten times better than them.
I ordered Crispy chicken sandwich and cup of vanilla ice cream, kale salad, chicken nuggets and waffles fries.. and it was fresh, hot and delicious.

This place rips. Food is hot and quick, drive through super quick, inside very fast even at capacity. Staff is friendly as hell (pun intended) and kids eat free on Tuesday. Came here and they had a craft and the cow walking around giving high fives and it made me chuckle. I want to hate this place ‘cause Christians are weird but it is just too damn good. The Sunday thing is annoying too but I’m glad staff get a guaranteed day off.

Food items are always are great we ate inside and the young man cleaned all of the tables like I clean at home. He was a young black man very polite and respectful, every restaurant should copy the ethics of Chick fil A.

Literally everytime I come here I order grilled nuggets and everytime they are rung up as regular. This time I caught it before I left and they happily fixed it but I don't know what you have to do to get the correct nuggets the first time. But again they corrected it no problem so service is excellent but the 3 stars is because this is a constant problem at this location.

Worst place to eat ever. Every time I’ve been here it’s been worse wait than McDonalds and the order’s always wrong. Why is this location so so bad?
Typical Chic fil a food. Service is slow, but thats typical of most chic fil a locations in my opinion. Nowhere close to park, understandably it was lunch time but less that like 15 spots besides handicap. so we walked pretty far from the shopping center parking. I'm sure a portion was employees parked. Dining space matched the parking, there wasn't very much space and a huge portion was taken up by a school trip eating bag lunches so that was confusing. I'm sure it's okay if you're using the drive through and have the extra time to wait on that notoriously long drive through line.

This location has terrible terrible service, understandingly gotta start somewhere with a job but the teens here are rude and very unfriendly,,will not be returning, ill travel for another location next time , very stressful here

Pitiful customer service. Ate in store and didn't receive my milkshake for 30 minutes while eating and while trying to get it when we leave waited an additional 20 minutes while other people received theirs, finally just left while 10-15 employees couldn't figure it out. Worse chick fila service I’ve ever received. Update was only offered a free milk shake if I returned, I don’t live near this chick fila and requested my cost for the milkshake returned and was left unresponded to. Bad management and bad ownership, it’s not this difficult to please customer or myself
