Not the best chick fil a I've ever been to. Parking lot is way too small and crowded and half the time you can't get through the parking lot because the drive thru lane is too long. Inside there was only one cashier so it took a bit longer than it normally would at other locations. Food was hot when received.

Slowest Chick-fil-A around. They must be understaffed and as a result they are not the friendliest or fastest. Waited forever today while my very simple order sat on the counter while they worked on the orders for the numerous other people who were waiting. If the person who rang my order would have only gotten my drink when he rang my order I could have been out of there much sooner.That's what typically happens. He managed to get the person's drink who ordered behind me, however. They blamed my wait on being busy. I blame it on not working as efficiently as possible as well. Hope they get things worked out.
y’all night shift is disrespectful as HECK. forgot half of our food and we turned right around and we’re at the window and they were trying to act like they couldn’t see us and once someone finally realized we weren’t leaving without our food they were still disrespectful and rude .

I ordered delivery and was really excited but after getting my food I didn't have any extra sauce I paid for....it also just didn't taste good like it usually does. Very disappointed. The Chick-fil-A in the mall usually does much better. Don't think I'll be returning to this location.

For the first time ever, CFA exhibited extremely slow service in the drive thru and actually got my order wrong. The food itself was good, it just wasn't what I ordered or paid for. I didn't bother to go back because it would have been another 12-15 minutes in rush hour traffic - Not worth it for a wrong sandwich. I'll just chalk this one up to everyone just having a bad day. I will, however, go to another equally distant store next time rather than this one.
