Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely the worst chain operation in any food service company. For $12.65 I got some mixed lettuce, a tablespoon of some kind of shredded pork, avacado topping....no fork or napkin, and the entire service was left in their trash as I went out the door. Sorry, just not a good restaurant by any standfards.

There was a 40 minute wait on white rice on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Then when asked the staff responded like it were the customers fault! Outrageous.

They put close to no chicken in my bowl

I’ve gone to this location for years, but today I’ve finally had it being overcharged for less and less food every time. I watched not even a scoop of rice be dumped into my bowl with me promptly asking for more. I was given attitude when asked. Then when it came time for the meat I usually get the cheapest (chicken) he looked at the bowl and put seven pieces in my bowl. A sea of white rice with a small island of chicken. I cannot convey over text how little this serving was. It’s been going down in quality and serving size for years but this was insane. Asked for more chicken and you get met with “gonna have to charge you double”. Just walk out, this place is a joke. The lady and man behind me walked out as well. Worst part is I know people who work here and they talk about how their management is getting on them for giving too much food to people. Today might be my last day eating at chipotle and I highly advise others to follow suit because this is crazy. Oh not to mention they raised prices AGAIN.

Its Chipotle. Not amazing but most of the people are hard working and pleasant.

Went here today for lunch and it was absolutely terrible. They tried to serve my mom and I raw steak that was still raw and freezing cold and tried to claim that it’s pre cooked when they get it in and all they do it warm it back up - which is fine but it wasn’t even warmed up nor cooked. See picture attached. Also this was a kids meal so if a kid didn’t know better they could get extremely sick from eating this. Do better chipotle

They will screw up your online order. Every. Single. Time.

And more amazingly, they'll screw it up in a completely different way each time! There needs to be a class-action lawsuit over this crap, it's so consistently bad at all Chipotles, all the time, it must be malice.

UPDATE - This location has improved. They handle to-go orders pretty well now. They still hide your food behind the counter, so don't expect it to be on the shelves.

I haven't been to this specific location in years but wow they definitely had the best steak tacos I've had yet. Get 3 soft tacos with brown rice, black beans, steak, queso, corn and cheese. Best thing they have there

I never write reviews but I just had the worst experience at this Chipotle. When I walked in there was only about five people in front of me but I still had to wait 20 minutes in line. I get that they have online orders too but there were only four people working. It was extremely understaffed. When I got to the front, the employee used the rest of the white rice on the girl in front of me. I wanted white rice too so she then asked me if I’d be okay with plain white rice without the cliantro. I said I’d prefer it with the cliantro and she literally glared at me while making it. I’m not making this up, she was actually rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing because she didn’t want to put some cliantro into rice?!?! It was actually insane. Please fire the girl with long dark hair and crazy eyelash extensions. You don’t treat PAYING customers who have waited 20 minutes in line like that. Awful experience and I definitely wish I had gone somewhere else to eat.

Service was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Team is unorganized. Showed up at time of pick up took 30 minutes after to get my take out. I watched the line go by twice without getting food. I should have just got in line and ordered it would have been quicker.
