Young guy on the middle station had a stank attitude and made my normal visit to this location bad.

Chips were stale, guacamole was not fresh, overall food was not good. All Chipotle’s have really gone down hill and it’s very disappointing. Maybe they should spend less on their commercials and pay their employees more so the food quality improves.

I experienced the worst customer service here tonight. There was only one customer at the cashier and an empty line, yet there was no greeting the staff just stood around talking to each other as if they didn’t see me. I had to say hello first before they acknowledged my kids and l. From that point on, everything moved in slow motion while preparing our food, even though we were the only customers.

The staff could definitely use a refresher on customer service and a reminder to show more care when assisting guests. We’re in an economic crisis right now, and no one wants to spend their hard-earned money only to receive poor service. I see why this location has a 3.9 rating.

This Chipotle won’t be getting me as a repeat customer. First impressions are lasting impressions.

God forbid you go to this location after 6pm. They run out of everything such as cheese, steak, white rice, etc. everyone is slow and doesn’t care about doing their job, randomly disappearing to the back only to not come back out, and for other employees to look at you like they’re lost. Felt bad for the lady making my order as she was nice but working alone. Definitely don’t recommend.

Poor quality and service. Guacamole had stem pieces in it making it hard and chewy. Placed an order 10 minutes after the soonest available time and then it was still over 10 minutes late, the line would have been faster

Waited in line for 23 minutes only to find they were out of nearly everything - chip’s were stale
- no ice - the restaurant was literally disgusting. I will say though - the beautiful oblivious girl working the register was delightful. This store desperately needs a leader.

I refuse to go here. They don’t add lime or cilantro to the white rice, pure laziness, they skimp you on food and meat, today I stopped to go in at 3pm…. Had an older women working by herself on the front line…. While 4 younger kids were doing carry out and cooking. And 8 people in line…. I felt bad for her and left because I couldn’t wait 40min for this line, no offense she was very slow….I ended up going to moraine chipotle where I usually go and drive 15 min out of the way for that location because they don’t skimp you on food and always are super fast!!!

One of the male workers has VERY long hair and the second I checked my food there was a long, brown piece of hair in my bowl. Super unclean environment.

This chipotle is really a hit or miss. They always seem to have new people working there and I know this because I go there whenever i’m craving chipotle since it’s by my house. It’s either really good or just not good at all.

One of the grills that the meat on was very dirty while the cook was preparing more mate. He was scraping the other grill as well.

I went yesterday, I was very tired and needed food. No line, I was happy but the place was filthy. The plastic between employees was dirty and the food was like tossed around. Meaning that like corn was in their meat etc.. Their stainless steel counter was like wiped off with a dry towel and what looked like sour cream was spread around along with other food. Just gross. I should have walked out, but I didn't. After eating a few hours later I was really sick!! Severe diarrhea and vomiting. Buyer beware, if your instinct is to leave, do it. Never will I eat at a chipotle again.
