Worse brisket I've ever had. Full of fat on every piece . We have city BBQ quite often . This was only time I stopped at this location. Never again. Service was not up to par . Not helpful & out of pork & ribs I was told as soon as I arrived & asked for pork. So disappointed & $$ wasted. I throwed it away. Not worth eating. Very disappointed ! I usually go to location in Centerville on St rt 48 (main St) I've never got bad food or service at that location.

Ribs, pulled pork and sausage were so overcooked the meat was white and dried out. Called to complain about the quality of the food and the employee hung up on me. Called their complaint center stated my case and was transfered back to the Kettering store where the manager lied to me about his employee hanging up on me. Back to the corporate office to complain about that

My workplace placed and online order today at City BBQ for curbside pickup. We were told that it would be ready by 1:15pm. When I arrived my office notified the restaurant that I was there to pick up our curbside order per their instructions. No one ever came out. I called my office back and let them know I was still waiting. The office manager called them to remind them that we were there for our pick up order and no one had come out yet. They said someone would be right out. Fast forward another 15 minutes. I called my office back still no one had come out. After another 15 minutes someone finally came out with our food and stated that they did not know that I was there. I told her that my office manager checked in when I arrived and had called two times since I had been waiting. They gave us two pieces of cake and coupons for two free sandwiches. (The order was for seven people) Then when I asked where the drinks were she said, I did not know you had drinks so she had to go back in again to get those. When she came back out she said next time just go through the drive thru with this big of an order anybody can go through the drive thru. City BBQ you really need to communicate to your customers and employees the same information. If you no longer offer curb side pickup then just say so. Had it been busy maybe I could understand. It was after lunch hour and only four cars in the lot. Just no customer service anymore.

Ordered take out this evening 2 sides & 8 bones. Got home (Dayton) and I only had 7 bones (paid for 8). TRIED to call … on hold 15 mins and no one ever picked up! Called twice! So that kids wouldn’t “squabble” I ate the 1 bone! Very disappointing cuz kids been asking for City Bbq!

This time we walked in but got take out. The prime rib salad is a lot bigger. Was 2 meals for me. Plenty of dressing. The ribs looked good. The sides taste great! Gotta get the cookies, I think better than the cake but the cake is always moist. My phone number never works for the discount overall good place for fast BBQ

We were there 15 min. Before closing for one thing Corn pudding....... Those sweet workers made us some to go!!! They were all friendly and didn't complain, in fact insisted!!! You made a very Nauseous lady happy!!!! I appreciate you all so very much, not only was it fresh but the Employees were all amazing and it's hard to find that any more ❤️ THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I recently ordered multiple party packs for a corporate picnic that was hosted at Delco Park. The two girls that helped me were fantastic. Great customer service. The facilities were clean (I went inside to pick up my order) The food was well packed, labeled and delicious.
