Ordered two large pizzas one steak the other buffalo ranch chicken both normal hand crust. I’ve never experience a very bad condition of both look & taste. Pizza were thin crust & It was horrible. Both were burnt literally burnt. Called to tell them about it. They asked me to return the pizza that I received to get new one not them sending a new pizza or even refund me. I recommend you to stay away from here. They are bad & disgusting.

I have liked Cousin Vinny’s since it opened, but yesterday I was appalled that the way I was spoken to, and the disgusting quality of the pizza that was delivered to me. I called later in the day after my pizzas were delivered. I told the employee I would not even touch the deluxe that was sent. He spoke down to me like I was a child, would not do any kind of refund or send me another pizza. If you spent $50 on two pizzas, cheese sticks and a sandwich, how much would you appreciate that? The deluxe showed up soggy, so I lifted the lid of the box to let the moisture out. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t touch this pizza with a 10 foot pole.

The last two times I've ordered the sandwiches they were horrible. Philly steaks had very little meat and the cheese was burnt. The time before wasn't any better. Used to love you guy's sandwiches.after 3 attempts I will not order from you anymore 💔

Pretty good pizza, don't expect alot. Sometimes their product is bad. Got a calzone and pizza; the calzone bottom was uncooked dough, but the pizza was was great.

Stopped in around 1am to grab some food for my guys after work. Staff was friendly, and the pizza was great. Fed four for only thirty bucks. Definitely worth stopping by if in the area again.
Please stop doing this with the dipping sauce I don't know who thought this would ever be a good idea lmfao. 😭

We have ordered from there many times. We placed an order on 8.16 for 14 in w pepperoni, handtossed and 1/2 green olives and extra sauce. This is not the pizza we got. All green olives. No extra sauce and no pepperoni.we didnt open the pizza box cuz we have not had any issues. However, i called the store and spoke with celeste who identified herself as the manager. Such a lame excuse...we made it the way it came over via the web. Now cmon...is the WEB that reliable that they cannot acknowledge stuff happens? Apparently they trust the WEB more than helping resolve long time customets with even a courtesy credit? Apparently since they are franchised the franchisee can make whatever policies they want. So, mister NICK, franchisee, i requested a call on monday at 4pm. Lets see how he handles this cuz know what folks, their pizza isnt the greatest anyhow. Tronis on wilmington pike and venecia italian place is way better anyhow.

The worst pizza dealer I ever had , ordered to deliver buffalo chicken pizza came without chicken complaint their answer was exactly as on the previous review : this is our chicken pizza hahaha I’ve never heard this on before invisible chicken !! Tasted like old bread came 30 minutes later bahhh Never again
