Quick service, great treat!
Got two Blizzards and somehow ended up with two milkshakes. Not only were they completely melted, but the classic Blizzard flip? Yeah, that definitely didn’t happen—unless they were aiming for a splatter art performance. I’m not expecting a five-star dessert experience at DQ, but come on, I’d at least like my ice cream to be... ice cream. I’ll take my chances at UDF next time. At least they know how to keep it chill.
You have a better chance of getting ice cream from McDonald’s with their broken ice cream machines than getting what you want here. They’re either out of chocolate ice cream or the toppings that you will want. They haven't had chocolate ice cream in probably 6 months. Every time I go in, they are also out of peanut butter cup. Additionally, they’re supposed to flip the blizzard upside down (the signature dairy queen thing) and they don’t do that anymore. The one time I’ve gotten them to do it, no joke, the whole thing fell out onto the counter and they had to get me a new one. Technically if that happens, you’re supposed to get your blizzard for free. Guess I know why they don’t flip blizzards anymore. I used to know the owner and I don’t know if it’s the same or not, but the staff they are bringing in now is absolute trash. They act like it’s your problem that they’re out of ingredients and then get an attitude when any minor inconvenience happens. I don’t know what happened to good customer service anymore but this location is the epitome of young teen workers who don’t know a lick of customer service or good social cues. You’re better off not coming to this location. Drive the longer distance to a different Dairy Queen and actually be happy with your service!
Their chocolate ice cream machine is constantly broken, they always give me vanilla blizzards when I ask for chocolate.
Friendly staff. Quick service.
I am very disappointed with the recent ice cream cake that I ordered for my dad for Father’s Day. I asked them to write out Happy Father’s Day PawPaw and what I got said Happy Father’s Day BW Paw. When I mentioned it to the young lady, she was not very pleasant or helpful in finding a solution and was quite dismissive. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from this location and the end result was messed up. I will never order from this location again.
The failure to help resolve the issue coupled with disarray and non cleanliness of the store has placed a very sour taste in my mouth.
I have been to this location multiple times and they are consistently out of items
This location has been out of chocolate ice cream for at least 3 months! The worker in the front says “many Dairy Queen locations don’t have chocolate ice cream, their manager must be doing that because it’s expensive to fix” then we ordered 2 blizzards…. Both looking like this… what happened to flipping it upside down?? You can’t even tip this slightly to the side it’s so melted down. When we pointed out to the worker (the one who made it) she got a HUGE attitude about it, said her manager was messing with the machine and “THATS JUST HOW THE ICE CREAM WILL BE TODAY” and walked into the back of the store. Rude staff. Awful product. Highly disappointing.
The workers are very sweet here and are very good at their jobs. They made my ice-cream in such a good time management and it tasted as good as I could imagine if not better. I love coming here and often take my children on a hot sunny day. My puppy as well loves their ice-cream I could never ask for a better ice-cream shop. The blonde one is especially sweet she gave me a compliment as soon as I came up to the register. I love coming here!!
I've never seen a dairy queen so poorly managed constantly out of chocolate ice cream or toppings just order more chocolate it is ur highest selling item. If this only happened occasionally i'd understand but this has been a constant for a long time

This location NEVER had the times they actually close listed. The DQ website/app and Google say 930. We walk in and are told they close at 9.
This is not the first time I've experienced the issue at this location either.
The employee was nice but he shouldn't have to make excuses for the owner/operator .
How can you be out of 5+ blizzard mix-ins? That's laughably disgraceful. Space is quiet and acceptably clean.
Have been going there for a long time. Employees are always very nice. Over the last few months they are continually out of chocolate ice cream, dip coatings, strawberries etc... it seems like they're going out of business and not repairing equipment or restocking items. Hopefully they'll stay in business and get back to their usual great service.
I walked in to this location tonight at 8:59pm and asked what time they closed - 9:00pm. I’m the worst kind of customer but they said they’d take me. I had a rough day and just wanted a little ice cream, whatever was easy to make so I could quickly pay and get out. Let me say.. The two girls working tonight are an absolute treasure. They took the time to make me a hand crafted sundae and said they hoped my day would get better. They offered a hug and I just started crying. So genuine and sweet. I needed that. I know the feeling of someone walking in at close, and it sucks, but those girls absolutely made my night. Kudos to them & the management for that kind of attitude and culture.
My husband and I stopped in for 2 blizzards and they were gross & running. Remember when they used to give you the blizzard up side down. We pointed it out to the young man behind the counter and he did not seem to care. So we took our blizzards and left disappointed. Oh well I guess that is our last visit. DQ used to be my favorite. ?
