The guy who waited on us was very impatient. He barely made eye contact and didn't seem interested in taking our order. Once we survived him, we found ourselves really enjoying the fresh cut deli sandwiches. The ham and turkey with cheddar was delicious. The dressing was just enough to add flavor without overwhelming it. The Mediterranean salad was also good and I'd get it again. The cookies were a good way to finish the tasty meal. We'll return.

I stepped in and felt like I was plopped right into little Italy in NYC. Hustle and bustle all about. A group of older people playing a game at one of the tables. Orders being shouted throughout. Then immediately hit with amazing customer service both behind the counter and I believe a manager who was walking around talking to customers. The smell was amazing and you could see everything was being made in house. They even had a frozen section to pick up your own Italian treats to eat at home. Definitely go and try them out for yourself

DeSalvo and I go back to my college days. This place remembers your name. They know what you like. And I could go on and on about all the different food they can give you there, but I’ll save the space and just recommend that you check it out sometime. You won’t be disappointed. Some of my favorites: Anything Ronnie happens to be cooking in the smoker that day, any other pasta salads, the fresh made oatmeal raisin cookies, cannolis.

Stopped in for soup & sandwich at the end of Lunch Hour. Big mistake. Should have gone elsewhere. Perhaps to Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s. Ordered a bowl of Wedding Soup and a deli salad, also a cup of Wedding Soup. Both portions were smaller-sized and served luke warm. Spent $25 and I didn’t recognize either as wedding soup.

Good but Not Great and Not worth the Prices they charge.. and most of the items there are sourced Not made in house, I.E. All the Meats, Cheese's, Pasta's, Pastries, Etc, etc. Very Small Portions as well.. Try Jersey Mike's instead. Much Better Sandwiches and Way Better Prices Too!! Or Spend a few bucks more and go to your favorite local Steakhouse for lunch and have a Much Better Experience and Quality of Food.

After looking forward to dining here because I’ve heard how great the foodis - I was so disappointed. The slice of pizza was in the cold case warmed over in a microwave - greasy & tasted awful. I don’t even want to try out the restaurant. I must move on to my next choice.

For anyone who is originally from New Jersey, this Deli is the only place in the Dayton area that I've been able to find that sells Taylor Ham, or "pork roll" as some call it!
