The AI Chatbot lied and told me it was a real person. The online ordering was messed up. And nobody will take my call when I try to speak to a real person. The website literally told me to call the store. This is unacceptable at this point. It also created 2 pending charges to my bank account. Even though I wasn't able to place my order.

This location is unreasonably slow. I have picked up twice in the last month or so and both orders have been 30 minutes late- again, for a pick up order. To make matters worse, there’s no apology or offer to make things right. Avoid this place.

Placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 8:18pm. Horrible customer service as the worker said “we just threw in your pizza” at 8:30pm after I’d been there for 25 mins. No apology or remorse for the horrible customer service. Will not return - go to Marion’s instead! It’s just right across the street and the employees care.

Pizza just wasn’t our liking were used to more of a deep dish pizza and it tasted like they mixed hot sauce in their sauce. Either way wasn’t the best choice.

We decided to try Donatos pizza since we had not had it in a while. Let me tell you that was a bad decision. The pizza had no flavor, the crust was not crispy and they forgot to cut our pizza into squares. We definitely will NOT be back. I would avoid Donatos at Stroop & Far Hills at all cost. Very disappointed!!!

I will never again purchase anything from here again, They mess my order up and issue a credit and then the very next pizza they send out, They don’t even wanna honor my discounted price instead they raise the amount to the price of my credit meanwhile the delivery man takes my food back to the store (because it wasn’t the price my online receipt showed) and I ask the alleged manager woman “are you gonna remake the pizza cause it’ll be cold by now and she says yes. Guess what she doesn’t do ? Yep sends the same pizza back out with the delivery driver trying to convince me the heat bags are good for 20mins (I guess he forgot the first 20 in his original delivery attempt). I’m appalled at the incompetence in this store ( it used to be one of my favorite places 😞) do yourself a favor and order from the pizza place next door. 🤦♂️
