We decided to try Donatos pizza since we had not had it in a while. Let me tell you that was a bad decision. The pizza had no flavor, the crust was not crispy and they forgot to cut our pizza into squares. We definitely will NOT be back. I would avoid Donatos at Stroop & Far Hills at all cost. Very disappointed!!!

I will never again purchase anything from here again, They mess my order up and issue a credit and then the very next pizza they send out, They don’t even wanna honor my discounted price instead they raise the amount to the price of my credit meanwhile the delivery man takes my food back to the store (because it wasn’t the price my online receipt showed) and I ask the alleged manager woman “are you gonna remake the pizza cause it’ll be cold by now and she says yes. Guess what she doesn’t do ? Yep sends the same pizza back out with the delivery driver trying to convince me the heat bags are good for 20mins (I guess he forgot the first 20 in his original delivery attempt). I’m appalled at the incompetence in this store ( it used to be one of my favorite places 😞) do yourself a favor and order from the pizza place next door. 🤦♂️

August 3 (ordered it August 1) I've had Donatos once before....at a store in Mason Ohio & it was cooked to perfection (chef's kiss) I also ordered it online for pickup. I did the same for the location in Kettering (far hills) and even though it was ready when promised....I thought it was slightly overcooked. I could see burnt edges. I also had to do a dbl take when I opened the boxes as it lookes like pieces were missing but I think they just didn't push it back together after it was cut. The lady was nice & asked if I needed plates & napkins for which I declined. I would suggest making sure the oven temp is not too hot & dbl check to make sure the customer didn't want it extra done. Other than that keep up the good work!

Yeahhhh I doubt I will ever go to this location again, or donatos in general, unless MAYBE the current manager is fired ? I have never had such a bad customer experience with any place like I did last week here.I placed an order online to do “pay at pick up” and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 20 min later and they said their credit card machines were down for the last hour and could do cash only. (Keep in mind if it had been down that long.. they could have called to tell me this, but they didn’t). I told them I didn’t have cash and they said well too bad you can’t have your pizza. And that I’d have to go to my nearest bank. I told them my bank wasn’t nearby and that wasn’t my problem. I asked if there was anything they could do for me such as a coupon off my next order or give me my pizza complimentary as they were just going to throw it in the trash and I am a long time rewards member. They laughed and asked if I genuinely thought they would give away a free pizza to me and said no. I told them that I literally lost money by using gas to pick it up and then going home with no dinner. I told them to enjoy my pizza.To make matters worse.. I filed a complaint online and they called back (it appeared to be the same manager) to be condescending in saying “Hi! Yeah we just wanted to call to tell you that we ignored your request because yeah we won’t be giving you anything and we weren’t rude to you, so ?” I hung up and didn’t even let them finish. Straight up called me just to bully me and rub in my face they didn’t care and would not do a thing. How’s that for customer service?Luckily their corporate office was very friendly and helpful. If they could have been as nice or helpful as their corporate office.. the situation could have been much better. Note to self.. don’t file a complaint through the app because it just goes back to the store you had a problem with in the first place.. lol.Also to note.. I am baffled they have absolutely no backup plan for when their technology fails except to beat down on customers lol. What a joke.
