This location is terrible. I used to be friends with a girl that was a manager at a different location and she told me the Kettering one by Meijer is by far their very worst location and she definitely is not wrong!! My husband and I both got iced coffees with cream and sugar here and he normally likes dunkin but we both think our coffees taste SO nasty. Definitely made wrong and they’re really really bitter and dunkin is normally very sweet coffees. Highly recommend the location on woodman in riverside or the Bellbrook location

Coffee has tasted terrible the past month and most of the early morning drive thru staff are too busy talking amongst themselves to make sure they are giving you your entire order. I've had to on multiple occasions remind them im missing items...never thank you for coming or smile etc....I've had better luck going to another location a little bit out of the way...but worth it!

Stopped by a few weeks ago and involuntarily listened to their nonsense shift argument through the window. Came back recently and extremely unfriendly staff working the window again. Food is quick and good. Staff gotta go

Not friendly at all. Stood there for 5 mins while they talk amongst themselves. Wasn’t busy at all. A greeting goes a long way. If you care to have customers come into your store especially when McDonalds is next door and their coffee is cheaper and better in my opinion. And waited another 10 for my coffee

Everytime I visit this store my coffee tastes like I'm chewing on a coffee filter. Today I was parked for 6 mins for two frozen coffees that have chunks of ice in them and again tastes like coffee grinds. App support is no good and 1800 number nit helpful either?!?! Can't go back already late for work?!?!

Got 2 chocolate iced donuts. Both are stale. One donut was thrown in as it was laying on the icing part and took half the icing off. It's a simple task that shouldn't have been messed up.

Anyone making negative remarks on the service at this location is completely wrong… they are constantly swamped but still managed to keep pace, best in Ohio.

This by far is the worst DD in the area!! I went in on Mother's day around 1 to get a couple of donuts and their was absolutely nothing in the case!! The employees were all standing around talking and laughing and I waited a full 2 minutes b4 I was even acknowledged (no hi or welcome, just how can I help u is what I got) just to tell me they were out of everything!! This isn't the 1st time I've had problems w/this place and the staff!! Terrible customer service and management at this particular store but the 1 on woodman is great and they bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted!

Sitting right now at Dunkin in Kettering, Ohio on Far Hills avenue watching 3 employees eating and drinking behind the counter and drive thru licking their fingers and then serving the public their orders. Disgusting and a health hazard. 2/22/25 11:45am
