Sitting right now at Dunkin in Kettering, Ohio on Far Hills avenue watching 3 employees eating and drinking behind the counter and drive thru licking their fingers and then serving the public their orders. Disgusting and a health hazard. 2/22/25 11:45am

Every time I visit this location they are either out of something or I have to pull forward for them to complete my order! I’m unsure of why they remodeled and added a second drive through. They rarely use it and I wait in longer now than before the remodel!
I will not visit this location again

Changing my review from a few years ago. I have been coming to this location for the last 5 years, but then they remodeled and shut down for a few months, then reopened with subpar service. The drive thru is cluttered, the on screen menu was sideways and blurry, and when I told them they rudely said there was nothing they could do about it. I ordered croissant and they said they were out...at 0900 in the morning! I ordered donuts, sourdough breakfast sandwich and refreshers. The donuts tasted old, the sandwich bread tasted old and they hurried the toasted part, and they forgot the strawberry part of the refresher and just gave me tea! Probably going to go to another location from now on!

The lady with the short brown hair and glasses on morning shift is consistently rude for no reason. Gets our order wrong every time then has an attitude about fixing it. Food/drink quality is awful if they even have what you order.

99. For your hashbrowns wasn't so bad. But now 1.50 and u get 5 lil rounds not worth it. I and hopefully many others will quit buying them. I would always get some with my coffee and I will miss your coffee and hashbrowns but it's just not worth it any longer.

They lied to me and claimed they didn't have a specific product just for my coworker to walk in after me and get the exact thing I asked for. I have no idea why they did this. It makes no sense. Very disappointed in the staff. No integrity!

Horrible service. Ever since they added a second drive thru it seems that they don’t know how it works. To sit in the drive-through and then choose one lane and then they only take orders from the other lane for five or six consecutive cars is really frustrating so we just decide to leave and go to somewhere else because apparently they don’t know how to operate a drive-thru. When I called to ask about it and why they skip people the girl answering the phone says “oh I don’t know” waited 20 minutes only to never get to order. I don’t have the option of getting out and going in to order. Horrible service. Will anyone from the store reply to this? Doubt it

I came in and got a big work order this morning the donuts are not correct all the coffees taste bad when I tried to call i get very unprofessional voicemail with a woman screaming beep like 5 times before the beep

This breaks my heart because this use to be my go to coffee place and I think today was the last time we will be at this location and will have to go to a different coffee place. I tried finding a way on the app to leave a review or send in a complaint but they make that hard or impossible to do.
My frozen drinks have been more melted than frozen and today I even ordered when I got there instead of the app to make sure it wasn’t Iike that but it still was.
I got the frozen pumpkin coffee with a shot of espresso and I taste zero pumpkin or espresso. It taste like a watered down coffee with more water than coffee. The other two frozen drinks were already very “unfrozen like”.
I did the drive thru. I ordered 2 drinks. The first one, a medium iced vanilla latte with 2 pumps of vanilla instead of 3 and made Decaf. The second drink a medium iced carmel craze latte Decaf. Not too complicated right? WRONG. The guy at the front window thought I only had 1 drink. He thought I ordered an iced carmel craze latte with 2 pumps of vanilla in it. I said no and told him what I wanted. Then he gets all confused and tells other workers. And then hands me a drink that still says iced carmel craze latte with 2 pumps of vanilla. And charged me for 2 of those. So now I'm paying extra because a signature latte costs more then a regular latte. I try talking to the guy at the window again, he's still confused. I told him look, I'll go park and come inside. I don't want the people behind me to wait longer then they should. He doesn't say anything, he just looks around. I go and park and come inside. Tell the cashier what's going on. It turns out she made the iced carmel craze decaf latte with 2 vanillas but she said it's actually just an iced carmel craze latte Decaf (no vanilla). I'm like well I didn't know that. The sticker says otherwise. And I'm still waiting on the second latte and I want my money back since I've been charged too much. She gives me a refund for 1 of the lattes. So I wait over on the side. The other worker is like what are you waiting on, I'm like an iced vanilla Decaf latte with 2 pumps instead of 3. She's like oh nobody told me and gets a little angry. She makes it and I thank her. She says nothing and keeps working. From this whole experience nobody apologizes. And I'm out the door. I'm pretty mad. This should not have been this confusing. Nobody knows what they're doing and they have bad communication and bad customer service. At least the lattes tasted good.

Me and my family came to get coffee it was so good and the donuts..for the first time at this location we will be back! The ladies in there were so sweet we loved the vibe ♥️

Just my opinion, the customer cares more on if the order is correct more then your drive thru time. My iced coffee tasted horrible because no one paid attention to the extra details printed on the sticker that was placed on the cup so there was 2 missed chances to get it right. It sucks that you spent all that money and time remodeling when your going to loose money because no one cares on the customer order.
