Why order online if they can't ever have your food ready on time? I count 5 employees behind the counter. At least two are doing nothing and the rest are apologizing for the delay and explaining that they just got through a rush. It's sandwiches, guys. What is wrong with your management that this happens every time? Can I suggest smarter scheduling, ingredient/inventory management, and staff training?
