Always a great experience going in to grab a fantastic sammich. While you're in, try the Italian. It's my favorite sandwich, but I add monterey jack, and remove the onions.

Why order online if they can't ever have your food ready on time? I count 5 employees behind the counter. At least two are doing nothing and the rest are apologizing for the delay and explaining that they just got through a rush. It's sandwiches, guys. What is wrong with your management that this happens every time? Can I suggest smarter scheduling, ingredient/inventory management, and staff training?

I felt verry comfortable eating inside. There was a feel like they care about your food and they aslo always ask how my day is and feels sincere. Food was hot and tasty cheese melting perfectly into the meat. I'd take my whole family here every day if I could. Deb and Tiffany especially have always had the best attitude and treat everyone in a way that will cheer you up on a bad day. Thank you thank you thank you! Firehouse subs is my favorite now!

We have been to this location a several times now and at first it was great but unfortunately the last few times they seem to never get our food request right we will spend our money else where.
